sexy_giraffeGood morning everyone, it's Tahani al-Jamil with the news of yesterday to brighten your presumably dull lives.
In classes, Rosa gave a speech about Parents Weekend, where she reminded the class that most people are terrible, and that parents can absolutely count as people. Rosa would not give this speech to my mother because Rosa would like to live to see tomorrow. Think on Your Feet watched a delightful movie starring my dear friend Sandy Bullock, and Guiding the Incompetent had to talk their leader out of starting a war.
In the dorms, Miles made plans to not be here this weekend. I wish I'd thought of that.
In town, Astrid was being stressed about the upcoming weekend instead of making flower arrangements, Tisarwat had stereo problems at the music shop, and Alluka was nervous about her speech today. I'm sure it'll be fine, Alluka! Nina asked Liam to stand in as a parent for her this weekend--that's quite sweet, actually--and caught Anakin up on what she'd been doing this summer. Caritas has no alcohol at all last night, and if that's true for the weekend, I'm not sure we'll survive.
And that's everything! I'll see you at the assembly!
