Hey everyone, Clint Barton here, and I hope you're all listening because you're safe inside and not dealing with whatever the hell is going on outside right now.

*chittering*

Yeah, I know, but let me at least pretend the people of this town have a sense of self-preservation. Anyway, let's start with school news like usual. The Mid-Century Cookbook class got to make a jellied meat mold, like things weren't awful enough already, and the Wilderness Adventures class got to check out all the creepy animals in the preserve, unless they wanted Steve to escort them back to the dorms. Aww, I can't even make fun of that this week. Your Plan is Now on Fire met in the Danger Shop and played with sand, which seems like a safe choice, and the Problem Solving Through Science class worked on devices that would clean radiation from water or act as flamethrowers. Niiice.

Over in town, Sparkle checked on Demon Marcus, which was not in a great state, and he texted with Hernando who conviced him to go to the tea shop instead. Norman didn't find The Magic Box in a much better state, but thankfully Zack found that the pets at Furnado were okay. Nothing bad is allowed to happen to puppies, no matter how weird this place gets. Wayne spent his time at Syndulla Scrap trying to find metal that was salvageable, and Eponine had the Trading Post open... man, we're going to have a normal week at some point and we're not going to know what to do with ourselves. Mitsutada had Luke's open, but there were some very questionable specials going on, and Kitty risked tetanus to get Caritas open, because she's the best. Kanan pointed out that getting to the bar was a lot harder this week than last, surprisingly enough, and they talked about all the changes in town, and Rosa talked with Kitty about how she likes this aesthetic so much more than the dinosaurs.

In the morning, Jack went running through town and ended up with a trail of creatures behind her that she and Kanan had to take care of--see, this is what I mean about a lack of self-preservation. I know I can't talk, but still. Amaya went over to Seivarden's place to watch a movie and have a drink, taking out some of the weird creatures on her way, and in the evening, Nina, Vette, and Prompto... covered the school's bus in flotation devices until they got caught by Anakin. They tried to--I'm sorry, I have to--throw Kanan under the bus for their activities, so he got detention with the rest of them.

*deep laughing and slow-clapping*

Thank you for one of the most entertaining notes I've had in a while. After all the drama, Prompto and Vette talked on the roof of the dorms, but it looks like the squirrels gave them some privacy. Or they were laughing too hard at everything to copy down the conversation. Either way, that's the last of my pile, so I'm getting out of here and back to the relative safety of my house. Have a good one, folks.

Beau: 'sup, Fandom, it's Beau here --

Keyleth: And me, Keyleth!

Beau: *sighs* -- and we're coming to you live from the middle of our current hellscape. Why are we doing this right now, anyway?

Keyleth: The squirrels said something about how it was either this, or a bunch of really old songs on a loop all day. I don't really know which sounds worse.

Beau: I mean, I had to fight a bunch of really [BEEP]ed-up looking, I don't know, undead or whatever they are, just to get here. Not saying it wasn't fun, 'cause it was kind of awesome, but they're kinda gross.

Keyleth: Oh, I had to deal with some molerats on my way. I have some regrets about biting them.

Beau: WHAT THE [BEEP] WHY WOULD YOU --

Keyleth: I was a tiger at the time! Still. Euuuuuuugh. Oh, and you know, I really don't like the way they scream when they burst out of the ground? It's very unnerving.

Beau: Dude, this week blows, I'm just saying. Probably why we don't have a whole lot of notes today. I'm cool with that.

Keyleth: Yeah, it's mostly Camp Shenanigans stuff to report on, it looks like. Which was at the Community Center this week, because there's a giant thing that might explode in the park, and everybody had to make outfits for the gremlins so they could do a fashion show!

Beau: Skywalker, man, I have, like . . . so many questions. Everybody got paired up into teams to try and put craft supplies on some of those leftover shirts in the worst colors ever and hope the gremlins could somehow make that look good and just. Dude. Why. Kanan and Beaker -- well. Kanan tried to keep Beaker from being a total menace to himself and everyone. He got hit with a stun gun for it. Not sure it was worth the effort for that. Hannibal and Prompto got, like, fancy and ambitious and tried weaving shirt scraps into a plaid skirt and vest ensemble, and Okuyasu and Paris, who was taking this way too seriously, went for a dress and combat boots.

Keyleth: Shuri thought the gremlins were kind of horrifying, and Iris was really cheerful about telling her that all of this is madness and also she should be careful about getting bitten by the gremlins. Jono had to explain the gremlins to Jules, too, because I might have forgotten to warn her about those.

Beau: Yeah, well, anyone who didn't know got a nice object lesson about it when Amaya got bitten while working with Fjord on taking a gremlin's measurements, and she got all sultry and slinky at him and I am super sorry I missed that, man. Mae called dibs on her and Nina'sTip, and Lana and Summer were trying to figure out something involving shoulder pads or wings. Or maybe both.

Keyleth: Wings are still kind of tricky. Sabine thought it would be cool to take the stun gun apart and use the parts to decorate her and Rosa's gremlin outfit, because she was in armor anyway so she'd be fine. Wayne and Aeryn kind of gave up on the idea of winning right away, and Kitty and Hera thought it might help to get a gremlin's opinion on what kind of outfit it would want to wear. Aww, I think that's a great idea.

Beau: Of course you do. The judges were supposed to be catty, because it's a fashion show, of course they are, and you know that wasn't supposed to be literal, right, Antlers? Then again, you don't really strike me as the type otherwise, so, eh. Sparkle, I can totally see being That Kind of judge, you know. Brooke obviously got what it was supposed to mean, since she brought popcorn that Mike was stealing. And then, on the other hand, you and Camden being actual literal cats. You know what, I'm just -- never mind. Whatever. If that's your thing. Sure.

Keyleth: . . . okay. Congratulations to Lana and Summer for winning, and then Nina and Mae for taking second place, and Zack and Pastor Carter in third place, after the gremlins showed off on the catwalk! Wait, catwalk?

Beau: IT'S NOT -- never mind. Summer had Cherry Nuka-Cola jello shots at Caritas this week, and not gonna lie, those sound dope. They're probably, like, super unhealthy but that sort of adds to the appeal. Kanan came in to get drinks, probably because he had to deal with Beaker, and also so he could tell Summer about how he got thrown under the bus by the kids who got in trouble for decorating Anakin's bus -- wait, is that where that expression comes from? I just thought it was cool.

Keyleth: I have no idea. Also, that's all the notes we have, probably because everything outside is the worst this week. Be safe, everybody, okay?

Beau: Or go out and fight [BEEP], if that's more your thing. We're out of here until next week. I know you're like super excited. Later.
