It's probably going to be me usually now, isn't it? *chittering* Yeah, I know. You can't go wrong with a classic. Alright, let's do this. I've got a lot of work to do today, you know.

Goooooood morning, Fandom! It's mee~eee, Summer, probably stuck doing radio on Fridays now because the squirrels can't seem to find anyone else who isn't as cool or interesting. It happens. Anyway, let's get into it.

For the School, Day Drinking for Dummies played I Drink and I Know Things despite not knowing what the glowy green drink Dean found even was. Coffee Class dran coffee--shock and gasp--while Mana Class talked about, well, a bunch of stuff, but mostly black mana and mana in general because it's the last class, and Cultural Appreciation went to Paris, but not the good one.

Arts & Crafts for Beginners decorated T-shirts, and Arts and Crafts but with Metal did that thing Amaya always does in her classes where you melt the metal into baking molds that I could have used for jello shots.

Belle had to deal with a lot of CPR dummies in the library, and now I really want to make a joke about dummies with regards to Ignis stopping by Liliana's office to...*clears throat* 'BRING HER LUNCH...but I like and respect both them, their magic, and their knives too much to do that.

Shocking no one, there are no notes for the Dorms, except the note telling me there are no notes for the Dorms.

In the Town, the bookstore is now called the Ink Spot, where Irene met Flint, the new proprietor, and pulled a real dad move on him by telling him not to air-condition the outside by leaving the front door open. Lana also stopped in and asked about the classification of his Captain status.

Speaking Captains....or at least boats...Octavia was doing a little work and gardening on the deck of the Cape Rouge, which lead to a discussion with Lucifer about her garden work and also porg language--

*porg trilling*

Yeah, exactly. And Duke suggested maybe Octavia set up a scare-porg--

*more porg trilling*

--to keep porgs out of her garden; sounds like at least you're safe from the porg intern? And then Duke and Lucifer shared coffee and their admiration of Octavia and her love of nature and stuff.

Prompto brought lunch for Liz at the Photo Hut, and Steven got a delivery of flowers from I bet you can't guess who! at the Museum.

Steph was deep-cleaning at the Mag-- really, guys? Do I have to? *sigh* Okay, fine, the Maaa~agpie Empooor~rium, and Harley was at the Perk getting all the coffee. Like, into one. I think I can hear Scientia weeping from here. Remy came in for a drink and croissant and to be informed that he was absolutely not Harley's friend, but she got a croissant, too. Remy and Watts exchanged pleasantries, in, like, apparently the most 'exchanged pleasantries' sort of way, and Watts also learned about Harley's grand coffee experiment, and Harely got to hear about Watts and Steven's continued grand tour around the globe with all their little holidays.

If you still need an outfit for the Starkrogers party tonight, swing by Pixie Dust, apparently Boc unpacked a whole bunch of disco-stuff for display. Eleanor's discovery of why the Internet can be a bad thing, actually, was interrupted by Kamala's visit to Plant Parenthood to get, you guessed it, a plant, and, apparently, these two adorable horticultural nerds just ensured that I didn't leave the studio covered in glitter this morning after all. Good job, you two.

And finally, at the Devil's Nest, which I really should make it to more often, Gladio stopped in in all his shirtless glory and agreed that Annie prioritizing her kids over dumb stupid politics in her world--which, I can confirm, are exceptionally dumb and stupid--was a good idea.

Seconding that opinion, wholeheartedly.

And coming to the end of the notes now, too, so, thanks for listening, everyone. With any luck, you actually won't hear me again next week, but, let's be real, you probably will.

Summer OUT!

Oh...dear God.

*rustling paper*

Well. I suppose this is to be expected.

Good morning, dear listeners, and it is I, Lydia Bennet, here to bring you all the news of yesterday. You might want to settle in, perhaps make yourselves a nice cup of tea, as the squirrels have failed to do for me. We are going to be here for...a while.

There's like a lot of links in here. )
