imafuturistYou know, this is starting to become a Saturday routine for me. Notes and rodent gossip. I would not have pegged it as something I'd enjoy, but here we are.
Let's begin over at the school where Flight and Flying learned how to deal with backseat drivers. Oh, the kind that try to hit an imaginary brake? Hate those. Let's Go Camping worked on starting a campfire. Jo had some book based shenanigans in the library. Dangerous thing, that. 20th Century Food Crimes lived up to it's name in working on mock pies where the ingredients weren't what you expected them to be. The Other Kind of Tea went with the subject of Marilyn Monroe for class.
Over in town, Cutter was researching vacation spots at J,GoB. I highly recommend Greece. Nothing like sun and sea to cheer you up. Connor stopped in for what the squirrels have dubbed a painfully awkward conversation about future plans and not overdoing the jello shots. Much to Eddie's horror, the only music playing at Fast Eddies was 90's country and... I can sympathize with that. Anakin stopping in to harass the other bowlers and talk to Eddie about Father's Day matters at the bowling alley. Prompto followed along with Amaya's installing a new Squishy machine at Turtle & Canary to be able to do some of the maintenance in the future. Liz checked in on him via text message. Steven stopped in to inquire about a journal and then discussed photography with Prompto.
Graham started out playing a new cat based game at The Magpie Emporium. Guillermo came with pizza and lava cake in honor of his win in the Floor is Lava class. Congrats! Charlie and Graham also discussed their performance in that class and how Captain Rogers makes her want to tell me about his failure. Oh, don't worry, I always know. And it's delightful. Folks arrived for the gaming session proper and started it up once more. I worked on the logistics of the renovations at Stark Industries with Wanda stopping by to check out what was finished and see the floor she'll be using. Cap Steve broke my heart by having the dog love him more before voicing his opinions on the furniture and décor of the building.
Raiden had all vegetarian specials at Pizza Planet, but went with a meat lover's for himself. Navy Steve stopped in for a pizza to torment his partner, according to the squirrels, but also caught up with Raiden about how his classes were going. Watts and the troopers were trying to catch their hats on their heads at the Trooper Station. Steven texted before coming by with a lunch for them to share, complete with pictures of them to remember the moment. Rey didn't get much training done as she watch the woodchucks duke it out with pool noodles. That was never a sentence I thought I'd say before now. Anakin stopped in to be concerned and almost impressed by what was happening there.
But that's all there is! Unless, of course, someone managed to bribe the squirrels. Which was always possible. Hopefully it's a lovely weekend for everyone. I need to get back to picking out furniture. Goodbye!
