Friday, September 25th, 2020 04:12 amSummer: Good morning, Fandom! It's me again, that Summer girl--
Troy: And it's me, ya boy Troy, back again because...she let me? We're a radio team now, it's a thing.
Summer: He just showed up at the station this morning like a lost puppy; you'd have to have a completely black heart to say no to that.
Troy: It's true! Plus, the squirrels said we would have a great Harmon-y.
*whispers* I still don't get that.
Summer: Yeah, me neither. Just read the notes. They don't need our whole life stories on how we got here, Troy.
Troy: Right! It's time for...The Radio! We decided I'd take the school and dorm notes since I'm the student, and Summer'll take the town ones because she's old.
Summer: Okay, that wasn't the wording at all, and I'm, like, twenty, so calm down.
Troy: So, in The School, the Art of Maaaaaaa... seriously, there should be more word there, right? Anyway, they did painting, and then there was movie days in both Functioning Governments and Intro to PE...oooh, are we getting a movie day in Econ?
Summer: ...I thought about it? But no.
Troy: Damn. We should. Jus' throwing it out there. Anyway, for The Dorms? There are none.
.....notes, I mean. There are no notes, there are still dorms, or at least where were when I left this morning.
Summer: Although wouldn't that be a fun little twist on Parents Weekend 2020. This brings us into...*sighs* The Town notes, which start out with Duke and Octavia having a quiet morning on their boat.
Duke continued being quiet at the diner, at least until Nina showed up to give him a hug and get a milkshake, because 'quiet' and 'Nina' are not words that usually exist in the same sentence. There was also something about sleeping in a hedgehog's mouth, the squirrels really narrow in on the important stuff, don't they? Danny also came in to comment on Duke looking about as [BEEP]y as he felt, which lead to a nice little lunchtime chat about death and exetential crises, like ya do.
Troy: See, that's why you get the town notes. I don't even know what that means.
Summer: And I sincerely hope you never do, Troy. In less exetential crises news, Rey ran into Silver at the Perk, where he decided he wasn't as big a fan of the PSL, which honestly just means more for the rest of us, and Rey caught him up on the week she'd had and the weekend she's likely to have with a few guests coming over, and there was mention of a racecar bed because, again, the squirrels focus on the important things.
Troy: I wanna racecar bed...
Summer:...seriously. Like a human puppy. I just can't even. Anyway, that's the last of these notes that we definitely needed two whole ass people to cover, good luck to everyone who might have some guests coming in for the weekend, please remember that Caritas doesn't card, and we'll see you all next week. Summer and Tro--
Troy: The disco spider!
Summer:--okay, sure, the disco spider, OUT!
Troy: PEACE! ...we'll work on it. It's a work in prog--
