Fandom. Before I even start my broadcast today, I'm going to preface it with: Be careful. If you're not a fighter, don't go outside if you can help it. Keep your doors locked. If you are a fighter, watch your back. I'm re-adjusting my definition of 'hell' to 'wherever it is we are right now' after just my walk to the station.

This is not going to be a fun time for a lot of you.

So. Now, the news, which I'm not so sure is going to seem nearly as important as avoiding being ripped open by mutated murder junkies, but Monday's Monday, I guess. I'll keep it short. Lana had a quiet day in the library yesterday.

Over in the MCA, Bucky was back in his apartment after some time away. You picked maybe not a great time for that, sorry about the everything out there. There was no nerf left at Luke's yesterday, but Summer did stop by to visit Stance and to talk to me about her upcoming birthday. Jonothon had a singalong time with his cat for a while before just... kind of zoning out? The note says it was very intent zoning out, so he was probably talking to somebody somewhere. Owen was in a good mood for his shift at the Bookbelt. I, uh, I hope that holds up for you, there. And Atton was doing cocktails at Caritas, which led to a chat with Octavia about what exactly makes a cocktail a cocktail.

And that's all the notes, so... I'm going to go figure out what to do about class. I miss my talking dog.

Fandom Radio- Tuesday, June 11

Uh, good? morning, Fandom. Welcome to our newest dystopia. I swear I'm spending most of my time in town phased these days.

School still went on as normal, with Cutthroat Games playing lacrosse in order to practice hitting people with sticks. Silly Old Bear class gave up on a lesson today to discuss whether it's better to just keep treating these weeks like little emergencies. Which... sounds about right, actually. And then Lana asked Kanan what the situation was out there, Nina healed up his injury, and Sabine wanted to find out what happened. Working Together's course today involved two truths and a lie, and Philosophy of Food went on a field trip to redistribute food and maybe bring some back. Because the pickings are slim out there, people.

In the dorms, Wayne did his usual Monday morning breakfast even with what was left, and he and Nina talked about what it's like out there and made plans to go out and check it out. Please don't kick anything that has a crack in it. He and Lana wondered what the island was throwing at us this time, and somehow that led to him explaining goalies to her, and Nina described this place to her as a fishbowl. Which makes me feel kinda bad for fish.

Then in town, Liam came home to bandage himself up after going out, and Jono's been here before, so he and Hannibal apparently decided to take a vacation and more or less stay gone. I'm honestly surprised people don't do that more sometimes.

Nell was at work like usual, and Beau also got to work after fighting off whatever those people are out there, and Summer got Turtle and Canary open, and was offering special orders since they got picked over pretty good. Lana and Sabine still made a shopping trip, though, and at the trooper station, Rosa had like no calls.

*long silence*

All right, so I'm not saying anyone should come to the bar, but if you're already out and need somewhere to hole up, Caritas will be open and nothing can get you in there. Be safe out there.
