Good morning, me hearties! It is I, Captain Jack Sparrow, bringing ye news of glad tidings--
*chittering*
Oh, so not really, huh?
*more chittering*
Here bringing ye more terrible news of yesterday today, before it becomes tomorrow.
In classes, Elements of Friendship was throwing a party! But since Pinkie Pie was introducing rocks 'n vegetables as her friends, Rilla 'n Annie were worried that she was a mite...unhinged. Are ye not supposed t' chat with inanimate objects, or mayhaps multiple versions of yerself? Just asking fer a friend. Also named Jack. Scully checked in on Pinkie Pie herself and was introduced t' the entire inanimate group. In Sensitivity Training, they discuss how t' end the world...sensitively. Mayhaps with a nice card? Tropes 'n Scopes discussed what happened when extraordinary events occur in real life 'n not just stories.
The reserves met as well, 'n discussed how t' fight an invincible--
*chittering*
--invisible! Oh, slightly easier, that--enemy by tossin' a basketball at each other while blindfolded. That seems a mite painful. Wesley babbled t' Katniss about how back home, bad things only happen in May. No one's told him about graduation, have they? Several alumni--Anders and Isabel, in particular, interrupted Anakin from his important starin' into space duties t' complain about the bad timin' of this...whatever it is...as well. Jaina also stopped in t' see her grandfather and he told her that he got a bad phone call--that seems t' be goin' around--'n then he wondered if perhaps a giant light could stop the darkness people seem t' be complainin' about.
*snickers*
Aye, I thought it sounded kind of daft meself.
In the dorms, Rilla was packin' her bags 'n getting herself and her baby out o' Fandom. Methinks she might have the right idea, if she's found a safer place t' be. Ender stopped into his room t' remember t' eat--also a smart idea--and Jack o' the Carters learned that there was no one left t' call at home. In similarly depressin' news, Hanna-with-no-H had her call with her mother disconnect halfway through. Topher was being a good minion--really?
*chittering*
--if ye say so--and doin' research before Kenzi stopped over 'n got to see his video of a grown-up Tony before he disappeared too. Grown-up Tony. Not Topher. And Susan was giving herself a pep talk in her own mirror. That seems...well, not quite as unhinged as Pinkie, but Pinkie set a pretty high standard today. Peter was workin' on his computer--apparently he's set up some sort of computer...thing...fer people to compile research on 'n was visited by Quinn, Topher 'n Natalie.
And in town, my favorite place, Millie had put a number o' glasses of water and mirrors in the book store fer...tripping hazards, I suppose, Sov was listenin' to the radio--Hi Sov!--and Zoe was on the radio, sayin' that the disappearances are linked in some way t' auditors. Did someone not pay their taxes?
*chittering*
Did someone other than me not pay their taxes? Kenzi had drink specials at Caritas--excellent plan, drinks all around!--Scully was doing more research at the clinic, Bruce was running on rooftops--does he moonlight as Santa?--and alumni Parker and Isabel caught up at the Perk.
That's all the news we have today! Have a better tomorrow.
