afraid_of_marshmallows: Nathalie Emmanuel as Ramsey in Fast & Furious (Sad - Disappointed)
[personal profile] afraid_of_marshmallows
What up, Fandom, it's ya girl, Arden Finch, catching you up with all the Monday gossip your Tuesday ears can handle. Or, at least, all the Monday gossip the squirrels saw fit to write down. It is important to note that Leroy is still duct taped to the ceiling and no, I have no intention of helping him down. Hey, Leroy, remember all the [BLEEP]y things you've done to me? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

My moment of gloating over with, to the news!

We're in a break week, so no School and as usual no Dorms - man, I've listened to some of the old broadcasts, and those students would kill for whatever anti-squirreling methods y'all have come up with - so we've just got Town for our gossip-fulfillment.

Turtle & Canary was celebrating National Superhero Day, where superheroes got a discount! Huh. Teasing out who counts as a superhero on an island like this had gotta be rough. Things were pretty thoughtful at the Photo Hut, with Professor Argentum editing old photos and...okay it looks like the squirrels couldn't tell whether he was brooding or worrying more, so they've coined the term wrooding. I...don't think it'll catch on, but hey. If Shakespeare can make up words, so can you. Professor Vess was also wrooding at the Infinite Consortium, after being enthusiastically greeted by her murder chair and haunted armor, and that, presumably, was the topic of her conversation with Professor Scientia when he showed up for lunch, but, as per usual, the note about it only says, 'I'm not a snitch.' I don't even know, y'all. In more exciting news, Kams is feeling better and was back at her desk at Stark Industries! Yay! Eleanor - hi Ellie! - stopped by with a discounted-for-a-superhero Squishy and they were, as this note assures me, 'super-cute.' Right on, note taker. I also stopped by, and caught up Kams on some of the stuff she missed while she was away, like the future maybe kids showing up.

The Clinic had the crab looking to sucker people into playing poker, but Professor James Stark avoided that trap, and Vi was just brooding, not wrooding at Magpie Emporium. Y'all are really trying to make fetch happen, aren't you? In the Junkyard, Cal was...well, according to this note, he was avoiding his emotions by sublimating them into testing upgrades on BD-1. Okay, I'm not saying that's inaccurate, but kinda rude to write down, squirrels. Anyway, I showed up with lunch and we had a good talk. About what? Become a broadcaster and you can edit and editorialize your own conversations, thank you. Lastly, Pizza Planet had a metric [BLEEP]ton of spinach, and Rey dropped by to say hello and talk about Grey graduating and what his next plans are.

Which I...hmm. Hadn't. Huh. I mean...hrm. Right. Because people graduate. And leave. And...right.

Okay yeah this is Arden Finch signing off bye.

*dead air*
