Goooooood morning, Fandom! And welcome back, for another awesome edition of...*trumpeting fanfare* the News! And it's Friday, so that means you've got none other than me, Sir Graham of Daventry!, to do all the reporting on the notes scribbled down by our intrepid squirrels on the street! And so, with that out of the way, let's get right into it, shall we?
Starting, as always, with the School, Let's Play Some Sports! learned about karate, and Nell and Gladio talked about how good Nell was at it. Relaxing for Dummieslearned the power of stress baking, while Health Education covered addiction and substance abuse. and Belle was embroiled in the great Mystery of the Suddenly Appearing Napkins at the Library, which was a situation that she clearly took tissue with!
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, you can just wipe that one away, towel try to think of a better one next time.
As you might have expected, I have no note for the Dorms except the note telling me there are no notes for the Dorms, but over in the Town, Stewart was dealing with unexpected literary readings over at Groovy Tunes, Boc discovered that feet are unfortunately very good at finding lost needles at Pixie Dust, and Steven was running a little late for his work at the Museum.
Liz was doing her usual computer work at the Photo Hut with the usual lunch visit from Prompto and Noctra with a nutrient-packed soup, and Steph discovered a leaking ceiling--oh, no!--at the Maaaaaaagpie Empooooor~rium, but never fear! Vi is here, to bring cookies and snuggles and reassurances while waiting for repairs. And I'll bring an extra bucket with me to work today, just in case!
Also, Bucky stopped by to see Jesse and it was...awkward.
The Supper Club revisited Ching Tai this week, and Rey was in a good mood, as noticed by both Liliana and Miss Bennet, the former of which agreed that it was nice to find people who understood the situation you were in when most people can't, and the latter of which explained to Rey some of the particulars about gendered inheritance back home before asking about what's got Rey so relaxed. Captain Flint told Liliana about the Ethiopian food they had last week, which lead to a discussion about spices and wars, while Miss Bennet was the one to tell Ignis about missing the Ethiopian food, but he's had it and enjoyed it, more than Miss Bennet did, and that's okay, so long as you did try it!
Miss Bennet also caught Captain Flint up on all her recent news from home, and Ignis rudely suggested that Liliana steals food, while discussing his plans to steal her food, and it must have been a very engaging conversation that fully took Liliana's attention. Liliana and Miss Bennet talked about their preference to having other people cook for them over cooking for themselves and speculated on other new and exciting places to take the Supper Club, and a very handsome and charming knight stopped in this week because he keeps reading about it on the radio and wanted to experience it for himself, and that very handsome and charming knight is pleased to report that Miss Bennet was wonderfully welcoming and encouraging!
And then we all ate, and I still have a few extra crab rangoons in my pocket!
And finally, of course, over at the Devil's Nest, Thor was more than willing to let Tiny experi-mint with some creme de menthe specials!
With that, we've reached our final note! And so I will bid you all a very good day, and an even better weekend, and a fantastic week after that, and we'll see you all on the next one! Thanks for listening! Bye!!
