Good morning, Islanders and... Québec-ers? Québeckians? I don't know. This is Yelena Belova, and we're doing a speed round of news because I have a spa appointment and the squirrels don't have any respect for the word "vacation."
Back on the island, Pam and Octavia had coffee at the perk, which apparently got deep and personal, and I'm going to respect those two women's conversation and not say anything more about it.
(Chittering)
Screw your notes, there are mimosas and bloody marys waiting for me. Moving on! We all jumped through a portal and ended up in Québec at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, which is so fancy, let me tell you. First of all, everyone went to their rooms after they checked in. Prompto almost forgot Noctra, but luckily Liz remembered, and we all avoided a Macaulay Culkin moment back on the island. Don and Anakin chatted about what they can have their butler do for—
Wait, why do they get a butler? Never mind, too many notes.
Steve and Tony seemed to have gotten the room with a turret, which is good because they can rain down death from above... If the hotel was ever invaded. Which should not happen. I'm talking too much; where's my next note? Ah! Here we go: Steph took a bunch of pictures to send home, and then she and Vi were very excited about the fancy hotel. Summer and Stark-Not-Tony checked out their suite and discussed Canadian-flavored Jello shots. I'm assuming they mean something like maple and dressed potato chips and not like... Mountie-flavored Jello shots because we are not cannibals.
Liliana and Ignis were all lovey-dovey and were happy to have a kitchen, dining room table, and a butler, which I'm totally not jealous of. Nope. Not at all. Cutter was also very happy about their room, while Arden and Cal apparently had only one bed in their room. Yes. I can tell you that it is awkward, as Adrian and myself have the same situation, but it's fine. No big deal. Steven and Watts were very happy to have one bed, and I'm going to stop reading this note so they can have some privacy on their vacation. Nell and Gladio got straight to the snuggling business when they got to their room, and both Charlie and Eleanor enjoyed their rooms as well.
Meanwhile, Dean and Jane went straight for the food and had a heated debate between french fries versus hash browns, and I'm not sure why that is even an argument. And apparently, some people think they need to work out on vacation because Gladio and Cal talked about using the "swish" machine, and I'm not going any deeper than that because my appointment is coming up, but I am still intrigued. Beta and Graham toured the hotel, while Kamala had some sort of fan-girl moment. Steven and Watts found a vegan restaurant along the St. Lawrence river and had a lovely night out. And finally, Stewart found a nightclub to skulk in.
That's the news for the day, and thanks to the squirrels, I have no time to raid the mini-fridge to pre-game for my spa appointment. Enjoy Canada, and if anyone needs me, I'm getting pampered.
