stykeraGood morning, Fandom, here we are again on a Wednesday to discuss what the squirrels stared at yesterday.
At the school the day began with Self-Defence for Shinies 2: Mind Games meditating in water and Anakin was still a cat. Sorry, Anakin. Raiden took his Wonderful World of Pizza class to Spanish Harlem. Nightmare Party Planning from the Mid-Century consisted of Summer showing off several foods shaped like other things including that pineapple she’s so fond of and several puppy sandwiches which were adorable. Philosophy discussed anger and hate. More Earth Tourism students were brought to Las Vegas which is apparently a horribly hot place with a lot of neon. And finally in Grow Your Own Garden they planted and covered some seeds and discussed the importance of hydration. That is very important. Drink water. Especially if you get dragged into nonsense in the park later.
I have no notes from the dorms but the porg seems less distraught than usual.
*trilling* Oh, they let you help with the town a bit? Good.
At the boarding house there was a gathering for the residents. Oh is it a bit like the dorms then because students live there?
*trilling*
Right.
Steven and Watts were setting things up before anyone else arrived and Watts was sampling the food as well.
Arden was impressed by the amount of baking Watts had done but also brought plenty of food herself. So much that Steven was there to help her carry it all. Dean just teased her about last weekend instead of helping and Remy talked with her about how this was a cookout and not a barbecue.
Dean declared himself ‘The Meat Man’ which Watts was happy enough to allow him to be but Remy was unimpressed by the spice levels. Steven shared that pie can be a breakfast food. This is very true.
Remy was upset when he realized the barbecue wasn’t the sort of barbecue he thought it was going to be.
Cal brought extra drinks instead of cooking but was assured there was plenty of all sorts of food already by Remy and Watts and Steven thanked him for his work on the speakers. Kamala told him she was at least 60% red squishee which might be unhealthy but I really have no room to talk there. Arden was happy to see him but happier to see his droid.
Illyana brought soup with her and explained to various other guests what it was and that she’d made it with plenty of help. Henry brought chips which Steven was happy for and Remy teased her about the lack of dip to go with them.
Stabby was making drinks at the clinic but Will chose not to try them. Probably wise, Will. Charlie was napping at Groovy Tunes which seems like a good way to spend a summer day. Wanda was just trying not to melt at The Magic Box. It has been hot.
The air conditioning worked fine at Atlas Gym but Gladio did have to try and deal with a malfunctioning pool filter. Summer, Nell, and Jon were all there for workouts. *chittering* It doesn’t matter where I was, hush. Nell also had lunch prepared for her by raccoons while she was at Plant Parenthood. Speaking of lunch, Ignis let Greg choose the specials for the diner which may have been a mistake.
And finally, Arthur was at Rosa’s office transcribing messages and talking to himself about seduction outfits? All right. Best not to think about that too much.
