fates_jayeMorning, all. This is Jaye, here on a Sunday morning. And you know what would make a Sunday morning better? A House just for Waffles.
Anyway, Nell and Gladio had a cozy morning in, Rey and Anakin watched a woodchuck fail at doing Jedi stuff, and Miguel found that the lack of a Waffle House also ruined the Luke's staff. I also have a weirdly placed note about Stark picking Summer up for the homecoming dance.
Then there was the homecoming carnival. There were the usual kissing booths, where Belle made out with Graham while Charlie did some heavy flirting with him, and Jane didn't get kisses from Ahsoka but she did get some confusion over Jane's face being familiar. Fandom! Lana and Sabine ended up talking about that time spent looting the other day, and then it's time for everyone's favorite annual activity: dunking Anakin Skywalker. Luke dunked Anakin. Jaina dunked Anakin and got a wet hug for it. Ahsoka dunked Anakin and told him about meeting Jane. And Stark and Anakin talked about how they didn't want a second one of each other when Stark should have just been dunking Anakin. Ignis and Liliana dunked Gladio, as did Nell, and Raiden encouraged New Steve to throw pies at him.
Of course there was also other stuff, like Watts and Steven talking about kissing, and Nell and Steven talked about the last week and also Halloween, Sabine was tetchy at Ahsoka, and Old Steve promised to win something for Tony on the strength test.
And that's it! Maybe find a way to dunk Anakin. Have it involve bringing the Waffle House back.
