Goooood morning, everyone! Hold your horses, contain your excitement, save your questions until the end of the presentation, because it's time again for another fantastic, thrilling, exciting *trumpet fanfare* Friday morning radio broadcast! *immitates crowd AND squirrels cheering* That's right, everyone, it's that time again, where I, Graham, Graham Cra--
*sounds of squirrely distress and panic followed by a soft, slightly squishy fwomp noise*
--Whooooa, there, little buddy! I didn't think this was possible, but you may have actually have had a bit too much rum. But here you go, up you get, there, there, all good? Have some water, walk it off, atta boy!
Now...where were we? Ah, yes! That's right! The news!
Starting, as always, with the School, the Grrrreat Fandom Bake-Off! made scones, and, in Creative Writing, we wrote ~daaaa~ark and stoooooormy stooo~ooories, whooo~ooooh~. We then went to Hyrule again to learn about sand seals for the Hylian Bestiary, and then we had to avoid lasers in Espionage. Finally, wrapping up the school notes, Belle was dealing with a lot of rambunctious gremlins in the library, who very quickly....[BEEP]ed around and found out??
Oh. I don't think I'm supposed to say that word, you guys.
*reassuring chittering*
Well, it's not very family friendly, is it? You should probably just say that it's all fun and games until some bashes their head against a bookshelf.
But, anyway, moving on, there are no notes for the Dorms, except for the note saying there are no notes for the Dorms, but over in the Town, Nell brought in some trousers to be altered and some excess food for Boc--zounds! What a great name! Boc! It's just fun to say, isn't it? Boc, Boc, Boc...kinda like a chicken, actually...mmm, no, that comparison's a bit for the birds, isn't it?--anyway, that happened over at Pixie Dust.
Aloy was at the Park with her amaaaaazing Sunwing, and she told me all about it, plus gave Triumph some of her sandwich, so you know she's a good one! Beta also talked to her, but mostly to admire her archery skills, which, yeah, archery is much harder than it looks! You really have to bow down hard and work on it, it's really notch for everyone! But...not to sound too arrow-gant, but I think I'm getting the hang of it.
Over at the Maaaag~pie Empoooor~rium, Steph had some new material to look through, and Nancy came in looking to buy some dice for DnD, which means, if my own experience with dice is anything to go by, RIP, Nancy's wallet.
Annie and Diego were extremely relieved to be back, and had a much better time of it than Five did, who fell from the sky onto the beach, so it was a good thing Buck and Eddie were there to help take him to the clinic!
And, finally, Steven didn't let it being his birthday stop him from working his shift at the musuem, and that didn't stop people from coming by to celebrate with him, either! Happy Belated Birthday, Steven! Of course Watts stopped by with a birthday lunch, which really wasn't much different from a regular lunch, excepting the fact that this one happened on Steven's birthday, and there was also a present and the promise of cake later involved. Nell also came by to wish him a happy brithday and offer presents and cupcakes. Connor just stopped by to check in and catch up, but found out that it was Steven's birthday, and when Liliana stopped by, there was just a wee bit of confusion because apparently more time has passed for everyone else than it has for her, and I can see why that might be a little bit awkward.
Anyway, Steven's birthday celebration continued later that evening when Watts surprised him at home, and yes, in case you were wondering, this is where the aforementioned cake appearred. I hope you enjoyed it, Steven! You sure do dessert it!
And with that, we've reached the end of our notes! Thank you all for listening, and hopefully, we'll be back at it again until next week! Until then, we'll see you around! Bye!
