I do not get out of bed before ten in the morning on the weekend, Leroy. I thought everyone knew this.
*chittering*
Fine. Let's get this over with and then I'm going back to bed. In classes, Zoology learned about extinction and evolution, Engineering learned about how strong materials can be--truly, nothing can destroy a wretched polyblend--and the library books were turning Valentine's Day colours at the library. Physical Education learned how to paddle a canoe, and the Drama class has cast its players and Clare is going to be Anakin Skywalker so that should be worth the price of whatever ticket may cost.
In the dorms, Belle was in Five's bed, the scandal.
*chittering*
No, I won't be adding any more context.
In town, Sidon was running a Bird Olympics at Furnado and that may be the most wholesome thing I read all day.
*chittering*
What do you mean, "wait until you see where the party was"?
*chittering*
No. If it was a party worth knowing about, I would've been there. Tattooes was in the pizza shop and he and Raiden debated whether heart-shaped pizza would be appropriate to serve at a Super Bowl party. Liz is still pregnant for those on baby watch, things are bananas at the Trooper Station--
*rimshot*
Thank you, Intern Porg. The nerds were meeting at their adorable little nerd shop where Graham told Guillermo about the koala in his espionage class, Graham and Charlie flirty and exhuberant at each other, Kurt and Graham talked about their Valentine's Day plans with Charlie and Liberty, Graham was very happy to see Liberty's turnovers--
*chittering*
--not a euphemism, and Kurt was also happy to see them, which may be a euphemism. Vi brought pizza, and then they played their silly game. And finally, there was a party in the adult toy shop and Iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii am not going to read those notes.
*awkward dead air*
*so, so awkward*
*sounds of someone being manhandled into the studio*
Um, hello, this is Steve Rogers and apparently I'm finishing the radio? Right. There was a party at Irene's last night and so a lot of adults stopped in to say hi and put their name into raffles for free gifts. Eddie--the bowling alley Eddie, not the firefighter-- met Irene, and Buck--the firefighter--told Irene that her job is much more interesting than his. Well, I think they're probably two very different definitions of interesting. Irene was very complimentary about the knives Amaya had made for one of the raffle prizes, and then was very complimentary about Jon being there at all. Marc admired the knife prizes and Irene told him to meet Amaya, and Marc told Lana that Steven and Watts were going to Miami. Annie and Diego discussed which prize they'd most like to win, Watts wasn't sure any of prizes were exactly to his taste, Irene complimented Shunsui's kimono, Lana and her lightsaber were complimentary of the decor, Ignis and Irene made polite small talk and then Goose gave Ignis a review of the different jellos Summer had made for the party. Gladio was wearing a jacket, which the squirrels find newsworthy, Margo was also someone who wanted to win a door prize, Margo made time for Shunsui after the party--did everyone really need to know that?--Margo wanted to know what Jon ate, which seems kinda personal, and Rosa and Irene admired each other's dresses.
Octavia was there for the knives, which makes me think Amaya should throw a party, too, and Shunsui was pleased to see Octavia socializing. Connor wasn't sure how he ended up at a party in this particular location, and Lucifer asked about business.
*chittering*
Yes, it does say 'sexy business' but I don't want to repeat it. Dwight was there to support Irene's business venture, and Scott was there too--
*long, judgy pause*
Huh. Lana was happy to see him and he said he was taking over the Magic Shop while Wanda's out of town. Nancy was there, too, looking lost, and Goose was entering the drawing. And for those interested in knowing, Connor got bubble bath, Summer and Margo received...other prizes...and Lana won the knives.
*chittering*
Of course I wasn't going to forget about Summer's jello shots, Leroy. Irene, Annie, Dwight, and Jon in particular were very pleased with the choices there.
And that's all. Not sure why Tahani left in such a sulk over things, but she did and now we're done. Have a great weekend, everyone.
