ohvalleyofpenisOh, this snow can stop at any given point, thank you very much. Winter is a time meant for staying inside by a nice, roaring fire and drinking plenty of mulled wine.
But here I am instead, bringing this fair island their news. The sacrifices I make.
Let's begin with the school, where we had PE and Health where the usual introductions happened. Home Ec also did their introductions, but included the challenge of sewing a button. Oh, oh no. You hire people for that. Drama came as a surprise to the teacher, though Anakin rallied valiantly to show his students a Christmas pageant from times past.
Summer multitasked during her office hours whilst planning out a jello party for on the mainland. Jo went about with the usual work at the library and recieved a visitor in the form of Kurt who was apparrently looking for new books therein.
Nothing over at the dorms this time,
Over in town we had Astrid at Turtle & Canary, wisely using her time there to promote herself with selling postcards drawn by her. Kurt stopped in for some dorm room staples for himself and his roommate. Sidon worked on paperwork over at Furnado. Lucifer set about with the reasonable plan of selling hot wine and booze of differing varieties. Amaya stopped in to try out the mulled wine and learned about Lucifer's vacation to the even colder north. Jess wasn't there for the wine, but for other booze and also received the news of Lucifer's vacation.
Octavia spent her time on her boat, listening to music and dancing, with Lucifer stopping to check on her after their vacation. Hannibal had Liz in for her usual counseling. Rey had her usual training, only hindered a bit by the cold with Anakin stopping in to help fix the environmental controls.
And that's all there is! I'll be drinking something very warm once I get home, thank you. May you all do the same! This has been Jaskier, bringing you the news of yesterday.
