Fandom Radio - Saturday June 19th
Saturday, June 19th, 2021 11:42 amGreetings, greetings! It's I, Jaskier, back once again with the news of yesterday! Which, yes, I might be a bit late on, but in my defense, it is very hot out.
This weather can be over with any moment now.
But let's begin, shall we? Over at the school we had our usual classes with Cooking for Camp and Field working on s'mores. Blacksmithing Basics learned about refining shapes. Cupcake Skirmishes continued to be the most interesting of classes with all chocolate cupcakes this week. Practical Philosophy... well, if I'm reading this right, discussed how locations can change you. But then, it's been years since I had to sift through that sort of language. Paintball added into the challenge mud and insects. I will not be taking that class ever, thank you.
The dorms were rather quiet, it seems.
In town, we had Astrid dying mops for reasons unknown at Turtle & Canary. Lucifer and Eric continued their odd little rivalry over the ax range at The Devil's Nest. At the Perk, Octavia explained that you cannot take food to Malia whilst researching horses. Dwight worked on a project at the Clean & Fix. Travis checked in on him and was promised coffee. Edward stopped in to ask after repairing a rudder on his ship, and Miguel stopped in with some fabric for the man.
Wanda stopped into a mildly damaged Chilly Boulder for ice cream. Therein she talked to Din and his child about the insects plaguing this place before then learning far too much about blond Steve's personal life for both their sakes. Rey did her usual blindfolded training--Rey, that sounds a bit extreme--when Anakin stopped in to let her know that he needed to get cleaned off from an abysmal showing at paintball. Over at the Trooper Station, Liam dealt with a bit of gossip going on.
Danny spent his afternoon on the beach before Steve with the tattoos arrived, covered in mud to clean off in the ocean. Duke also happened by to check in on how things were going. And Nina did a bit of cleaning and organizing at the Bookbelt before getting a few texts about weekend plans.
That's all there is! I do hope your weekends go well. Until next week!
