fandom radio - tuesday, june 15th
Tuesday, June 15th, 2021 01:33 pmFine, yes, hi, this is Faye, I'm here to read the news. I turned up without being fetched and everything.
In Pirating, they practice walking the plank -- nothing like planning for the worst -- and making sure everyone can swim. Nick's Angry Class beat up mattresses, Jedi Class watched a movie, Underwater Basket-Weaving caught fish with their bare hands, and Earth Cuisine went to the end of the universe to eat a talking cow, which both seems unappetizing and also firmly out of this class' advertised description.
Over in the dorms, Astrid's got breakfast going -- must be Monday! -- and Clare stopped by to discuss whether there are foods that are just better eaten at certain times of day, or whether we're being to restrictive as a society. It's that one. Food is food. I had a whole can of Pringles on my way over here for my breakfast.
*chittering*
What? No, I don't wish I had pancakes, what are you tal -- oh, shut up.
Anyway. Over at the apartments where I don't live, there was a movie night. Silver and Rey discussed how very expensive nice things, such as comfy chairs, can be. Jaskier made an argument for spontaneous singing, with Rey -- yikes, no -- and tells Silver that he thought he recognized, and thus appreciated, the music in the movie they were watching. Amaya stopped by Caritas to tell Seivarden about her new razor blade sword, Steve made the troopers run in the heat -- mean -- and over in T&C, it was someone named Amy's birthday. Nina showed up at Furnado to rescue Sakaki from cats eating her hands, and Octavia did some reading near her newly-berainbowed dock. Lucifer turned up to explain Pride to Octavia, while Duke asked her how she'd liked fishing in class that day, and discussed making cops walk the plank with Lucifer. Not a bad plan.
And on that note, I have to go teach my own class, and I'm not even sure what we're doing yet. Later, Fandom.
