Troy:...and we're back! With the squirrel notes from yesterday, so let's get right into it, starting with SCHOOL!
There was an announcement for Student Council, so congratulations, nerds, and also, doesn't that make this an announcement for an announcement? Does that mean there's going to be an announcement for me announcing the announcement?
Summer: No, Troy.
Troy: Can there be?
Summer: N--err, you know what? Sure. And then Troy announced that there was an announcement of an announcement.
Troy: Thanks, Summer. And then, in PE, we had to avoid a pit of those gross little gremlin dudes, and That Art Class buttkicked for goodness, and Fuctioning Governments had to watch a boring debate, but there was a dog!!!
There aren't any notes for the DORMS this week, and I don't know if that's the squirrels' fault or my classmates' fault, but you guys should get on that.
Summer: So, moving on into the TOWN notes, I had breakfast with my boyfriend in his warehouse when he wasn't sending Jesse a million faxes, and Lana and Sabine had a date at the Fandom Museum.
Troy: A date?...in a museum?
Summer: Stranger things have happened, Troy.
Troy: Sounds fake, but okay.
Summer: It's cute.
The staff at Luke's was very musical today, and I am both glad and a little sad to have missed that, all at once, but that didn't deter Octavia from coming in and having lunch and talking with Duke about how things are going. Annie came into the Devil's Nest to pick up a job. And, finally, Jaye's philosophy class at the community center talked about being a good person, even if no one's around.
But, of course, the big news of the day was the big concert in the park, where everyone was treated to an impromtu concert by Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kylie Minogue, and Madonna.
Troy: Wait, really? They were all here?
Summer: Yep. Definitely. All of them. Here, but it was really pop-up and rando, if you blinked, you missed it.
Troy: Are you sure? Because these notes almost make it sound like they weren't really here, and it was just a bunch of y'all gremlin bit to think you were--
Summer: I know it might sound like that, Troy, but trust me, I've been doing this a lot longer than you have, and this is definitely what happened. So! There were some pretty epic mash-ups, duets, and friendly fire between Britney and Madonna, Britney and Christina, Britney and Kylie, and Christina and Kylie. Jaskier was happy to provide accompaniment to Miss Britney, until things seemed to get a little personal, and we might need to wipe Duke and Nina's phones. And Barry got to enjoy performances from both Britney and Madonna, but, I mean, let's be honest, obviously, he was all about the Madonna one.
Troy:...because it was you?
Summer: Ha, ha, no, it wasn't. It's because she's a [BEEP]ing icon and a powerhouse performer, Troy.
Troy: 'Cause it says it was you.
Summer: *laughing* Oh, Troy. You're so new. It's adorable. But that's okay, we all make mistakes.
Troy: And Rey and Adora and Elea--
Summer:--okay! That's all the notes! See you guys next week, byy-yeee!
