seriesofbaddecisionsIt's Sunday, so this is Sabine, feeling really weird about reading notes on a day like this!
Luckily there wasn't anything in school or the dorms and most things were localized to the bar. But elsewhere in town, Peter and Envy came to visit for the weekend and figured out pretty quick that their timing is terrible. Miguel was in a mood at Luke's and not cooking anything, but maybe his day got better at the real draw for today, Three Minute Dates.
The bar was open beforehand for people to mingle or sign up, or get signed up. Duke tried to buy Rey a drink even though she's mad at him, Octavia tried to explain the dates to Larceny, who apparently also started putting things on Duke's tab, which the squirrels apparently find hilarious. Duke and Octavia flirted at the bar while everyone else dated, while Sia and Jessica decided they might as well sign up since they'd probably end up signed up anyway. Honestly, that feels like a healthy way to deal with Fandom. Larceny told Rey she was going on dates, and since she didn't give her flowers, gave her a paper umbrella bouquet. Duke and Lucifer talked about their respective trips and flirted over yoga, and Larceny regifted a jar of cherries to Lucifer so he didn't send her to jail. I guess it worked?
And of course there were five rounds of dates, though it doesn't look like anyone ended up in the pond, so congratulations!
Oh. Mike still did his normal Caritas shift and after the dates Octavia did talk to Lucifer about some drink-throwing. So almost congratulations. Octavia checked out Rey's umbrella bouquet, and Shunsui offered Octavia some sake, and he was out by the time he talked to Duke. That is all scary, because you're already in a bar.
That's actually all the notes I have, and I have somewhere to be, so... enjoy the day, I guess.
