Hey everyone, this is Clint Barton, and I hope you're enjoying how nice it looks outside. I'm only a little hungover, so let's see if I can get through these notes without messing up too badly.
Over at the school, Evie spent her time at the library reading books about Thanksgiving. In town, Seivarden was looking at tea sets online at Covent Garden Flowers, and Nell stopped by to make sure Seivarden had seen the tea she left. Miguel made a whole bunch of Thanksgiving leftover specials at Luke's, and in the evening, a bunch of us rang in the holiday season at the Devil's Nest.
Kitty and Eric managed to have a friendly business competitor conversation, and Rosa and Kitty talked about their respective Thanksgivings. Kitty and I agreed that I would be the responsible one for the night, because I knew I'd have to be here this morning and didn't want to be too out of it. Amaya appreciated Eric's punch recipe of "many different boozes plus fruit juice" and Eric teased Octavia about actually being old enough to drink there now. Octavia told Rey about the wonder of jello shots, and Eric tried to convince Rey to throw axes at the bar. That seems like an awesomely terrible idea, I love it. Liam checked in on Rey, since the last time they talked he was a kid. Shunsui brought his own sake to the party, but offered to share some with Eric so he didn't seem to mind. Eric was glad to see Rosa, and she admitted that the axe throwing wasn't a terrible idea, and Seivarden wasn't happy to see Rosa, but the feeling was mutual and they bickered at each other like usual. Liam also checked in with Octavia, but she seemed concerned because he seemed off, and Rosa talked to him about getting chased by a turkey on Thanksgiving. Eric didn't appreciate Liam telling him the punch tasted like fruitcake, but Liam wasn't wrong so... Seivarden looked over her drink options with Eric, and Lucifer showed up as fashionably late as a person could wearing an ugly Christmas sweater that said "Hail Satan," and Octavia learned about who Lucifer really is, or at least claims to be. Kitty wasn't impressed by the sweater, and once everyone had a few drinks in them, or at least in their hands, they played I Never like responsible adults.
Aaand that's the last of the notes, so it's time for me to go home and re-introduce my daughter to the wonder of snow. Have a good week, everyone!
