Thanks, Leroy, I know I look awful. The flu sucks this year, you guys. I'm doing this, then going right to bed. In classes yesterday, Playing Pretend went off investigating a dragon spotting. Is this where I say you're crunchy and good with ketchup? Science class was crashing through walls--Beaker was using an electric sledgehammer because that kid just isn't right. It was movie day in Lying class and Fashion and Dean Skywalker actually held office hours. He wasted them by gossiping with his granddaughter about our trip to Iceland. Call your family on your own time, Dean.
In the dorms, Nina and Vette threw a pizza party in their room to celebrate Nina's return from...wherever it was that Nina went. That kind of truancy doesn't reflect well on your college transcript. Just putting that out there. Vette told Nina how much she'd missed her and then said that she was worried the school would reassign someone to her room, like Sidon, which would be very scandalous since they're dating. Prompto and his perfect hair was there--probably for the pizza--and Lana stopped by mostly because the squealing was loud enough for her to hear through her walls.
In town, Éponine was at the post office being amused by a couple of people who were sending multiple letters to each other all day long instead of getting a mobile plan like normal people. Astrid was working on her stand up routine for today's event at Caritas, Norman finally got most of the banana stuff out of the magic shop, only to have the weird dog there flip over some strawberry potion. So he basically smells like a Body Works in the '90s. Finally, it was 80s night at Caritas, and Rosa stopped in to show off the new boots she'd gotten when it had rained footwear at the police station on Monday. And Beaker came in, still being chased by his electric sledgehammer because that kid has so. many. issues.
And on that note, I'm grabbing tea and toast and going back to bed. Kind of over winter at this point, Fandom. I'm not going to lie about it.
