Sunday, December 16th, 2018 03:17 pmHey everyone, this is Clint Barton and I have breakfast on a stick. It's already a good day, in my opinion, but let's see what the notes say. In town, Hannibal and Jono celebrated their second anniversary, and Miguel had chicken specials going at Luke's Diner. I'm not going to think too hard about where the chickens came from. At Covent Garden Flowers, Seivarden got to watch some of the chickens with capes climb the Christmas trees in the store, and Breq got a dancing chicken show at Groovy Tunes. I do appreciate when whatever weird thing is going on is harmless. At T42, Hernando fed the chickens, which was very much appreciated, and Kanan stopped by and got to try some new cupcakes. Now I'm wondering if they'd be cupcakes on a stick today.
Speaking of Kanan, sort of, Sabine and Nina threw a holiday party out at his warehouse, complete with decorations and the occasional chicken. Breq talked to Sabine about the chickens she'd seen at work, and told Nina she was glad the island hadn't messed with their party. Astrid looked--and I'm quoting, so it doesn't sound like me making the judgement--"super pretty" with her hair all done up for the occasion, and she talked with Sabine about trying to enjoy the festivities before going home where they don't really celebrate. Awww. Lana pointed out that most people here don't do Christmas either, so at least Astrid isn't alone, and Nina was a good hostess to make sure Astrid was settled in. Vette and Sabine complimented each other on their excellent decorating ideas and their lack of getting into trouble for the party, at least for the moment. Sidon complimented Vette on the decorations that she'd been responsible for, because he's smooth like that. Breq was excited to see Norman out and about, and he made sure to compliment Nina on the decorations. Kanan showed up for a hot second before turning right around, probably to have plausible deniability, and Prompto checked up on Nina when he arrived. Lana and Sabine shared what they'd learned about what Christmas was about, and Nina tried to pretend the decorating was all the island's fault, which Lana didn't buy for a second. Sidon and Nina talked about the decorations and the random chickens, and Sabine and Norman talked about how much he didn't like being made to brag earlier.
That looks like all the notes, and I'm down to just my stick, so it's time for me to get out of here for another week. Have a good one, folks.
