revengenotebook: (i'm smiling. kinda pityingly but take it)
[personal profile] revengenotebook
Hello everyone, Paris Geller here looking for some kind of non-ridiculous extracurricular to put on her Harvard application. And I have no idea what they're going to do with a course called "Bad Ass Bitch Survival Guide."

And with that amazing segue, onto the class summaries from yesterday. Cooking 101 started with the traditional introductions and then made breakfast.

*chittering*

And nothing caught fire. The squirrels seem impressed by that. Bad Ass Bitch Survival Guide had to do introductions, but with aliases. If we were convincing enough, we got to go home. And Practical Ethics dealt with trying to get out of a job offer from someone who was super evil and also homicidal. You can't tell, but I'm judging your lives. A lot. How on Earth is that practical?

*chittering*

I don't actually want to know. The dorms were quiet, but town very much made up for that. Astrid was sulking in the flower shop while getting serenaded by flowers singing "Once Upon a Dream." I'm...just going to assume the squirrels are hitting the sauce early instead of that being real. Summer was setting herself up in Turtle & Canary and introduced herself to Kaidan, who isn't Kanan and you all really need more distinguisable names. The guy without the goatee. There. Summer met the brown haired old guy without facial hair. And speaking of them both, they had to talk to each other today at Kanan's secret lair or something. It's not that secret if the squirrels have it staked out. Anyway, they talked about sending care packages to teenagers. I'm a teenager and didn't get one, so I'm calling sexism.

*chittering*

They sent them to a different galaxy? Fine. Probably not sexism. Probably. Kitty was back at Caritas with drink specials for the new people. Fjord came by and was told to order pizza rather than deal with whatever Tino could make, and then Kitty learned about what got Fjord teaching and all that stuff. Rosa wanted to know if the special applied to people who were new to teaching because she was new to teaching. Over at the Holo-Suite, Miguel was wondering how hard the mastadon were to hunt. Raven had no idea. I figure give him a spear and let him figure it out if he's so curious, personally.

Vette--the blue person--was over at the Perk to discover the wonders of coffee. She also met Ino, Sabine, and Kaidan . Miguel made sure to stop in to tell Ino he wasn't that thrilled to be signed up to teach this semester. Ino and Sabine introduced themselves, too, and Ino and Kaidan caught up a bit.

It was movie night over at the Community Center. Peter picked that new one about the superhero in Africa, and the grownups spent time introducing themselves to Fjord before being confused by the movie.

And that's all the notes I have today. See you--well, talk to you--next week, Fandom.
