Music Appreciation discussed cathartic music. Are they getting to anything fun soon? Breq sang something depressing.

 

Lies Your Other History Teachers Told You talked about war, specifically leaders with bad advisers. Norman thought the leader should talk to lower-ranking officers, while Tip wanted to fire the advisers. The teachers gave sensible replies.

 

In the dorms Yang was practising her fighting skills in the Salle. This is the first time I've ever had to report something happening in the dorms, so maybe she forgot to bribe the squirrels or she was just trying to show off.

Oh, shut up.

 

And as usual Kanan spent the afternoon in the park playing with swords, this time bribing the students with something called hot chocolate.

 

Breq wanted to play with a sword but started crying, which says a lot about the teacher. Tip arrived and didn't want all the hot chocolate, so they played with lightsabers instead.
