Tuesday, January 16th, 2018 04:44 pmHello again, the is Paris Geller and I have no idea why, but the radio booth is knee deep in oatmeal raisin cookies.
*extensive chittering*
Through the hand gestures, I'm guessing there was a bad squirrel break-up but that just leads to more questions like "How did that one learn to stress bake" and no. It's too early. To classes and whatever else you people were up to yesterday. I, of course, went to all the classes on Monday because I'm an overachiever that way. I made a pillow case in Home Ec and something that resembled a grilled cheese in Cooking for People Who Hate To. I'm becoming quite a well-rounded individual. Harvard will love it. Speaking being well-rounded, Tip spent her Martin Luther King Day dropping knowledge on morons on Twitter, hopefully via an actual crane of something heavy. Because people on Twitter are stupid. Not as stupid as Facebook, but it's really close. Facebook wins because you actually know the people.
Summer was in the second floor common room of the dorms watching The Days and Nights of Mrs. Pancakes, which sounds...yeah, no idea. Ringo stopped in and got an earful about how the government in Summer's world had totally collapsed and there was death and distruction and divorce and this is why I don't socialize. Well, that and I don't like about 90 percent of you.
In town, Steve and Tony--they're my teachers, it's weird and off-putting to call them Steve and Tony--were being disgustingly domestic at home. And now it's going to be even harder to look them in the eyes on Friday. Thanks, squirrels. Over at Devil's Nest--now there's a place that in no way sounds like a Goth kid named it--Verity was talking to someone from home on the phone. Then Jono came in to check on her first couple of weeks of school and to make sure no one had been shoved into a closet for being annoying. Is that an option? Because I have a list of suggestions, if so. It's alphabetized. Liam met Jono and didn't seem overly bothered by the "kind of on fire" aspect of Jono, and then admitted that he was mostly in the bar because of his huge crush on Verity.
...I hope that was supposed to be for everyone to know. He and Verity were flirting pretty hard, so safe bet she knows it, at least. And now eeeeeeveryone else does too.
And that's all that happened yesterday in Now I Know Too Much About Adults' Social Lives. Talk to you tomorrow. Don't eat the weird squirrel cookies.
