uncertain_dumeI'm being told that it's Monday. I'm not sure why I'm being told that it's Monday. I went to sleep on Friday night after that beach party, and I could swear that I didn't drink that much beer, but here I am in the radio station, with a bunch of squirrels shoving notes at me and telling me that I almost slept through my broadcast.
So... happy Monday, I guess? Kanan here, wondering where the last two days went. Everything from the weekend is kind of dark and hazy right now.
And I have never seen a creature give me a sadder look than Leroy has just given me now. I'm going to read these notes and pretend that didn't just happen. These notes that say that all of the action was in town yesterday, with Kathy and Anders waking up at the hotel that morning after a night of said action, and ordering pizza and calling Dante over that night. And now I know that the nosy squirrels are also voyeurs. This morning is a learning experience.
Apparently there was also a brunch that I missed. One that had Kathy calling Ezra handsome in greeting. Ezra? I... Huh. Okay, no, weird feeling gone. Peridot demonstrated her ability to read to Rufus before they started talking about drinks, dogs, and dictionaries, and the practicality of all of the above. And then... Doctor Lecter brought me caf? Come on now, guys. I'm pretty sure I would remember having actual caf around here. Or exchanging awkward greetings with Ahsoka, for that matter. What do you even put into your beer on Earth?

Elsewhere in town, Sparkle was a little surprised by the retro fashion at Demon Marcus when Dante stopped by to reminisce about burn barrels and past invasions. Ringo remembered what happiness felt like while she was riding around the warehouse district. She also found out what Dante had been up to before they challenged one another to a race. And finally, Alluka, who the notes assure me hasn't grown up yet, was giving presents to the stereo at the Groovy Tunes when Ringo paid her a visit, and they got into a conversation about time travel and... how well the memory works when aging in reverse, from what I can tell from this note.
What... happened this weekend, anyway? I've just read everything the squirrels thought was worth reading from yesterday, and I'm somehow actually less certain than I was when I woke up this morning. So. I'm going to pretend most of this broadcast didn't just happen and see if I can find some caf, somewhere. I read a note about it, it has to exist. Kanan out.
