Blue: I’m just saying, if the island left us alone this time because we’re already short, that’s not funny.
Thorin: ...I am considered tall amongst my people.
Blue: That’s not the point, Thorin.
Thorin: But it is true.
Blue: Yes, okay, I’ll take your word for that. Let’s just read the notes.
Thorin: At the school, we had Don't Be Stupid, the teacher spoke of how poorly she found yesterday before telling them of a television show. Philosophy of Loss wrote letters to the living as they are also missed. Teamwork and Tactics attempted to earn the affections of cats without losing a hand in the process. A terrifying task.
Blue: They’re just cats. Feed them.
Thorin: Cats are their own creatures with inscrutable motivations. And whiskers.
Blue: Okay, true. Nothing got reported from the dorms, but in town, Cara got woken up early by the squirrels and watched some TV with them. In the park, Eliot let Val chase squirrels up a tree is Val a person or a dog? Okay, it's a dog. Also, I should note that the squirrels are still pretty hacked off about this turn of events.
*ANGRY CHITTERING*
Blue: So there you go. Hannibal noticed his stitches, and then they talked about Thanksgiving, while Parker wanted to talk about Kathy with him.
Thorin: Thanksgiving?
Blue: A holiday to be thankful for things, eat a lot of turkey, celebrate the genocide our country was founded on, or shop ‘til you drop, depending on who you ask. It’s on Thursday.
Thorin: ...how nice?
Blue: It can be. And on that note, we’re going for doughnuts. Bye, Fandom! See you next week!
