*chittering*
No, I didn't practice in front of a mirror. I'm just naturally talented.
Up at the School, there were classes all over the place.
Comparative Culture were rescued from their planed class by a teacherly soaking, so instead they watched episodes of a no doubt fine holodrama called Galaxy Quest, then discussed what might have happened in the years between them bring produced to make them different.
The Sex, Dating and Self-Confidence class got to see a dousing in action, as Professor Adler got soaked at the end of her lecture on safe sex, which hopefully included tips like making sure your partner's species doesn't eat their mates. Students paid close attention perhaps too intently in Johnny's case as he also got soaked, guess he needed to cool off. They were workstations for people to examine various devices, which led to acts of maturity like Raven daring Cecil to put a condom over his head, and Joker and Eleanor having a serious conversation about oral sex, hope that wasn't meant to be a private conversation, but you two know who to blame. There was also question time.
Finally, Defying Expectations students had the opportunity to talk it out before they filled in worksheets to come to grips with their destinies. Fate involves a lot of paperwork, apparently. But Kaylin was there to make sure everything was done in triplicate.
Things were pretty quiet in the Dorms, with Nathan reading in his room and getting soaked being the only thing of note.
Over in Town, Celia drew facial hair on gourds after getting doused at the Magic Box, Vic had people calling her about the random cold water at the Trooper Station, and Eponine stood on the steps to keep the inside of the Post Office from getting wet, while Atton decided to hide from the ice water in the Perk, of course given the number of news items involving indoor showers so I don't know how well that worked.
Elsewhere, Barry had fun with ice water and a visit from Celia at his warehouse.
And closing out yesterday's news, Kitty was wet and working at Caritas, when Clint came in to stare at his wet girlfriend.
