*chittering*
*silence*
*more insistent chittering*
*grunt*
*sound of someone being jumped up and down on by many squirrels*
I WILL KARKING SHOOT YOU IN THE TINY RODENT LEGS--
*more chittering*
Why am I doing radio? Isn't it normally that prissy Canadian girl?
*chittering*
Oh. You'd rather go on vacation to Turkey than go to Canada in karking winter. Have to respect that decision.
We'll start with what's going on in winter in Fandom. The chef at Cafe Luke's was trying to convince Priestly it was Friday instead of Thursday. Well, it's Friday now, so you kinda won? And April came in and ordered something really disgusting-- nutella, mayonnaise, m&m, tomato and chive meatloaf was sufficiently karking nasty--to earn her Chinese food instead. Man, and people think my hobbies are unhealthy. At least I don't mess with food.
*chittering*
Shut up, we'll get to what I did yesterday soon enough. Those of us on the ships yesterday--and yeah, I made it onto mine just in time, but that Jaye teacher that shows the movies almost missed it too--and there was breakfast before we heading over to Kargi Bay. There was breakfast, though I'm still not sure how tomato salad counts as a breakfast food, and over on the Siren Victor was covered in magnets because, again, some people who aren't me have weird hobbies. Both Topher and Kenzi wondered why Victor was covered in magnets, which seems like a fairly legitimate question.
There was stuff to do on shore once we stopped sailing: Atton and Kenzi chose windsurfing, that Speech teach Josh something chose mocking Jack's swim trunks, a bunch of girls and Alec went to the spa for massages--Kate who's not on my ship and Kitty learned there that they both knew guys named Clint, so hooray for bonding or something--and everyone else took a camel ride. Fireball and I decided to be pro-active and get our very own camel--
*chittering*
Stole our own camel, named in Jaina, and tried to bring it back to our ship, but our stoopa chaperones said we couldn't have it. Gert has a dinosaur and Korra has a polar bear dog. I think we were being oppressed.
*more chittering*
Have you asked either of them how they got their pets? Maybe they stole 'em too.
That night, it was pretty quiet and whatever. Probably because you were all mourning the lost of Jaina the camel, right? Ryan relaxed on Siren's deck--not covered in magnets, in case you were wondering--and Kenzi brought her a picture of her on the camel earlier that day, which led to a discussion of stealing a boat and becoming pirates. See? Camels are bad influences!
*chittering*
Yeah, that's my story now. Shut up. Kaiden was on shore, wracked with guilt about making Sparks and me give up our camel, and the rest of you went into Gumbet to party. Emily was drinking hard at one of the bars, which got her roommate worried about how much vomit there might be in the cabin later that night--good concern--and Jess learned that Emily was drinking because today apparently is gonna suck for Emily. Gonna suck worse with a hangover. Just pointing that out. Jessica was also turning down free drinks, which, she told Sia was very annoying. Then just drink 'em. They're free.
And Kate who knows Clint was wandering through town with Alec talking about jellyfish stings before deciding on a place to eat.
Huh. Seem like a weird place to end, but I don't care that karking much. See you at the next stop. I'm the one without a camel.
