Good morning, Fandom, and Happy New Year! I've returned from what, quite frankly, was a rather wet and dismal holiday in Canada and am ready to report on the new here most diligently!

*papers rustling*

Though it appears many of you aren't quite back from your own holidays just yet.

At school, Mr. Sabahnur was in his usual place in the library yesterday, and Miss...Yeul--I do hope I've pronounced that correct--came in and they both watched as the children's books played leapfrog. I only wish I was surprised to report that.

In the dormitories, Miss Drew encountered a gremlin who was performing a lewd dance in the fifth floor common room--that's horrifying!--a sentiment that Mr. Stark apparently agreed with. Princess Marasiah came in, declared immediately that she would leave, and then couldn't. She made Miss Drew explain why she couldn't leave. Princess Marasiah then had a terrible nightmare: I'm sure the two events are related.

And finally, in town, Mr. Priestly was trying to provide leadership at Cafe Luke's, but the staff would not be lead. Perhaps he could threaten them with a dancing gremlin!
