Hey there from radioland on this lovely Valentine's Day, or if you're single, Wednesday. This is Jaye, who's hoping everyone didn't break the hell up like they did last year, or if they did, hopefully it'll make for entertaining radio.
Edumacation
In Forensics learned people skills, dealing with people like the cops and firefighters at the crime scene. Faithful was the one who bit it this week, by the way. I will... I don't know, decapitate a toy mouse or something in his memory. US History turned in reports and gave presentations on the worst founding father. Who says this day is all about love and mush?
Hunting investigated a couple of deaths, and I'm just realizing this school is kinda morbid. Wyatt talked to Daddy Winchester about the Underworld while Parker thanked him for Blair's exorcism, and seriously, I'm starting to think we as a general populace are a little on the strange side. Hm. Creative Writing got a rant about love before doing partner work. Nadia's with him, and he got presents from Deadpool and Professor Noblet.
Engineering talked about chemical engineering, and Cally came by for mentoring. Parker stopped by to talk to M after Spy Tech's exam for just that reason. ET Civ talked about what planets they'd like to visit, and I still want to go launder Ewoks.
Office hours were held by Professor Noblet, Sakura, Aziraphale, The, Deadpool, Aly, Zoe and Darth Vader all held office hours, and the office was open, and that was fun.
Roleplaying Club met, as did Kappa Kappa Gremlin, and the newspaper is out. I'm sure they said nothing but nice things about all you guys. On this day of love and happiness.
Aly opened up the lounge today, where she and The discussed mentees, Emma heard that someone might have a crush on her- ooooooh, and Dr. Opheus gave Aly a cookie. And teachers can sign up to chaperone the dance. Because I'm sure that's totally what you guys want to do with your night. Not that I'm trying to get less adults there or anything for you have the adult habit of spoiling fun or anything.
The cafeteria was quiet, but Isabel had some action in the library. Um, not action that her boyfriend would be upset about. Ms. Readman said hi, Isabel and Angela discussed Marty's death flu, which sounds like not so much fun. Parker and Isabel talked about the dance, and Dick gave Isabel some sweet chocolate.
There's no way to make that sound okay.
Living Conditions
So just about everyone and their mother got flowers today. Including me! Thanks, Cute Sam! Dick spent his afternoon watching TV with a box of chocolates. I gotta say, that's a good way to spend a day. Alanna told him about her daughter being in Fandom, and Stark got the coconut chocolates. You know, I don't mind coconut. As long as you don't think about the fact that it's probably what eating spiders is like.
Tyler manned the StuCo table in the lobby while John Connor and Ami ran a date-finding service. Jack made heart-shaped pancakes in the second floor common room, with help from Irulan. River gave him presents and wanted to know if he's had sex with anything with tentacles. ...And now I'm curious. Kawalsky was unhappy with his schtich getting stolen, but Lana and Billy were just fine with their pancakes.
Katara went out to play in the snow, joined by Tori, Luke, Naomi and Evie. You all should have just thrown snowballs at each other, or poured snow down each other's backs. Fun times.
Sak also attempted the making of stuff, with a cake in the fourth floor common room. Ami talked baking with her, and then both girls got flowers. Aaaaaaand Annette got drunk in the fifth floor common room and talked with Neil. I think I like her.
Sak had a rose and a little bit of a present, Ami put her rose in water and made a list. Then I'm sure she checked it twice, the squirrels didn't specify. Buffy decorated with her flowers, and Tori celebrated the day with an assload of flowers and presents and a visit from Dick. Dude, you have to change your name. That's just it.
Broots and Blair stayed in, but as far as I know nothing dirty happened, Bridge, Anders and Wyatt woke up hungover and as far as I know nothing dirty happened... I sense a theme.
Tori brought Molly a present, and Ray brought her flowers. Parker got stuff from Dick, Wilson and Aziraphale, Tori, and a visit from Eric, who forgot. *sound of hissing through teeth* Oops.
Pippi and Pip went out on a date, as did Billy and Ami, presents and stuff got dropped off at the massive fifth floor room, and Tori continued gifting with Annette, who also got visits and stuff from Dick and Henry. You know, if I realized it was going to be such a sugar high here, I'd have been more social last month.
It's also Valantine's birthday, funny that, and he gets party visits from River, Nova, Will and a not-so happy 6. Happy birthday, by the way.
Jack got a phone call, and a visit from Parker, Matilda and Kaoru had some angst, D'Anna E-mailed, the twins' arrival caused some squee from Sak, Liz hung out with her cat, a note was left on Conner's door, and you all are just way too active, people.
King Dork surprised Zero with blue hair. His, not hers. Pippi checked up on River, Teddy, Steve and Cassie got together for movie night, but not before Steve stopped to share some news with Isabel. Tori delivered stuff to Neil, and Dick shared his candy with Jim. I give up.
Okay, Willow and English Pony, Jack and Cedric, John and Aeryn, Shawn and Summer, Dawn and Cute Sam, Mac and Cally- who I will not call Mac and Cheese even if it is late, thanks, brain- Dean and goat-Alec, Sak and Ranma and Walter and Nadia all had alone time, which has to mean either sweet cuddle time or hot monkey love. If you managed both, good going.
Out and About
Tyler got some special supplies from Turtle and Canary while Marco got dating advice. Agatha was all about denouncing Valentine's Day at Sparky Repairs and then Teddy got a present and a serende, so there goes that.
Ranma and the twins hung out in the park before going to the Perk while Bridge went to work at the MCA. Xander, please to be adding another letter onto the name, just so I can be doing a good YMCA riff, thank you. Rosette would like to remind everyone that Valentine's Day isn't just about getting some. Yeah, I just spent like ten minutes rattling off the names of a bunch of horny 14 to 18-year-olds who would beg to differ.
Rose got a serenade from the Gomez Brothers at JGOB, Nadia made plans with Walter for after work at Cafe Fina, where he was stuck working. Sleepeck, Lana and Chad? All stuck working, too. Poor saps. Squirrels threw candy and ducks in the park, and I thought their arms were looking particularly toned today, and Jo and Chris were serenaded at JGOB.
Shuichi attempted chocolate cake, which didn't go over well with Yuki. Dude, what's up? Chocolate cake. Yay to that! Bridge marveled at what's in Xander's box, probably not dirty, Wilson and Aziraphale had Valentine's dirtiness, and I feel just a little creepy reporting that about teachers.
The got a serenade, Aziraphale delivered presents via angel magic, the clinic saw Pippi and a Gomez brother, and I went to see Jarod at Caritas. Hiiii.
Clark picked Rose up for their date, and they ended up back at the hotel. See, not creepy as I roomed with another version of her. Hey, it's my double standard, I'll do with it what I want.
And I think that's finally it for me. Happy Valentine's Day, though you're all too busy probably still sexing it up or attempting the prayer method of birth control by now to hear it. Talk at you next week.
