So this is Jaye, who is baby showered out. In a good way.

Edumacation

How many weeks till I can stop being weirded out reporting summer school?

How to be an Entertainer mimed, or mome, or whatever the past tense is, and Nadia got detention for challenging the teacher. Woe. Photography developed photos, and Astronomy had a lecture, with Tempe telling Marie about her grandfather and apologizing to Ellie for missing last week.

Computers created E-mail addies and blew up spam E-mail. And mocked hoaxes. I kind of love this class. And Karate learned the Pangolin style of fighting. Though I remember pangolins having armor, so maybe they just had an easy day in class.

English Peter and Cam both stopped by Dr. Susan's office hours, and Pippi wore a flag to lunch. Okay, yes, I did read that right.

River stopped by Vice Principal Pierce's office hours, and in the library, Rory and Willow talked about- let me quote- "tranq guns, learning how to use a sword, where they're from, Hellmouths, and Vladdie." Oh, to be a fly on the wall...

Living Conditions

At the gun range, Parker taught Jack how to fire a gun, and Pippi and Sawyer talked about sex ed. Sex ed while shooting guns, that really says something about our culture, doesn't it? In the morning, Kawalsky went for a run, with John Carter and Pretty Sam joining him.

There was cheerleading practice today, with the cheerleaders gathering before splitting into Blue and Gold squads. Hi, Alec.

Bel and Phoebe were snuggly in the morning, and Pippi and English Peter had to make some interesting fashion choices today, wearing the British and Swedish flags today. And me without my camera. Dammit. Sak got a shiny new sword, and I kind of hope she and Miho never meet up.

Cordelia did research, Elizabeth and Janet are going out tomorrow, which technically shouldn't be news until tomorrow, but that's just me. Tomorrow I plan on waking up, taking a shower, and... doing stuff. Okay, they're more motivated than me. English Peter and Willow were adorable in the abandoned shack, which I'm assured is not dirty. Well, the shack might be, what with being abandoned and all. Don't forget your tetanus shots, kids!

Dawn had food in the third floor common room, which is probably why people flocked there. She asked Jamie about the puppet show, Jamie and Walter talked fashion- up to but not limited to capes- Dawn met Pip and Walter- Is anyone else disturbed we're still meeting new people? I still have nametags. We can wear them and if you're not sure you've met someone, you can look down and be all "oh, yeah, whatsyourname, I totally know you. No, I wasn't just looking at your boobs." Even if you were. Walter told Pip about work, Bridge told Dawn he's going out of town, and Cute Sam told her about hiis dad coming to town. Cute Sam and Bridge talked about 1999. Lotsa partying going down that year, lemme tell you.

Cute Sam also asked Jamie about his sock puppets, and really, if you want to be known for creative uses with a sock, this would be the way to go about it. Cute Sam and Dean make sparring plans and ooh. Can I get a ticket to that? Jamie and Tyler talked about dual personalities, Tyler explained to Dawn about what she heard on the radio, and Walter and Tyler talked about the war back home.

You people talk a lot. I will be in every common room I can tomorrow, I swear. Okay, I'm tired, so Cam said stuff and Isabel said stuff, and Xander said things, and Isabel said more stuff without her hedgehog boyfriend, and Tempe was there, and Molly and Dean and Tim. I grrrrrr at all of you for making me talk this much.

English Peter showed Willow how to use a sword, and then Sak came over to play, and as far as I know, no onehas any fewer limbs than they did when they started.

Pretty Sam stopped by to see Jack way late and stuff, Isabel went to King Dork's room to get clothes for her hedgehogfriend and then talked to Parker. And my notes say John and Aeryn turned into green octopi and joined the circus, but I think it's more like John sprained his ankle. And I don't see Aeryn as a tamborine kinda girl.

In the fifth floor common room, Nadia watched AKA, with Seras coming by to give her a dreamcatcher, and then Nadia and Al talked about pets. Meanwhile on the third floor, Bel watched Ghost Hunters and talked about absent fathers with Blair, and truth spells with Piper. And Blair and Piper talked about baby outfits. I'm going to assume that was for a reason that I'm getting to. Assuming.

Out and About

Tim stopped into Giles' shop. Lana, by the way? Early. *sigh* Tyler and River hung out at the junkyard, which I don't get, personally, and Zhaan opened Sanctity during the day.

Bridge and the Xanders headed off for a bit. Both Xanders? That's gotta be awkward. Have fun!

Pippi and Seras discussed the paper at All and Sundries. Isabel stopped by to get a basket for her hedgehog boyfriend- jeez, Isabel, the animals flock to you- and Artie tried to sell Seras aluminum siding. He also tried over at Empire Records. I have got to meet this guy.

Oh, and he also tried to sell it at Cafe Fina, but left all offended when he was offered monkey brain soup. ...Okay, I might avoid that place for a little bit.

Wonka and Luna talked about midsummer and candy experiments and Natalie opened the clinic at night. At Caritas, Pippi sang and fulfilled her bet with Walter. Tim admired her flag, and Elliot was cool and independent at the bar. Go, Elliot!

And then there was Lorelai's baby shower at Luke's. We dropped off presents- mine were inappropriate, yes- and then comes the report where I tell you who talked to who about what. Rory and Anakin talked about stuff to do when the baby is born, like reading and glitter, Anakin and I went on an unsuccessful hunt for coffee because omg, they're Gilmores, and Rory and I talked about how the baby has to be a fan of glitter. Hear that, Luke? No anti-glitter propaganda for that kid. John and Aeryn talked future stuff- ack, don't let her procreate, it would be scary- and then he and Rory rubbed a balloon on Aeryn's head. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha. I'm better now. Aeryn and Anakin looked at us funny. And probably rightly so. John and Parker talked sports, which.... Okay, not the typical baby shower talk, but a welcome change. Piper and Rory talked about families and stuff, and I was totally a bad influence on Piper. Just remember what I said. Parker and Rory smalltalked, and Parker confronted Piper about the truth spell from last week. I'm just happy I don't remember it. The repression is permanent, right? Right? And Dr. Susan and I both said hi to the Hot Mountie. Yes, I still get to call him Hot Mountie.

And then of course, there's our mom-to-be, the guest of honor. Lorelai and Rory were all cute and mother/daughtery, and then Lorelai and I talked about fall plans- hehehehe. She caught up with Parker, who she hadn't seen since she was wee, talked to Piper about her class, talked to Anakin about hiis workshop, and she and Dr. Susan talked about the baby and brothers and Rory. And Dean Professor Mr. The Tick discussed the possibility of a wee baby superhero. COOLEST THING EVER.

And I'm so dead of reporting now. I'm going away. Buy me drinks, or cookies or something. Bye.
