Fandom Radio, Saturday Morning

Loki I feel it is far too early for this, squirrels. You could at least grant us the bitter ambrosia of coffee.

Alex: Speak for yourself, I’m going back to sleep after this.

Loki: Perhaps a latte... I like lattes.

Alex: Because I’m so sure we all care.

Loki: The do not have them in Asgard! And Broxton has a diner, but no coffee shop. It is truly an outrage.

Alex: That’s terrible. And why I could never live in the Midwest.

Loki: I do not know if I ought to move away from there. Considering New York's tendencies toward full scale invasion...

Alex: We don’t want you, what with your history of breaking half the town.

Loki: Oh, as though your reputation is better. Oh wait... you do not have one!

Alex: Nicholas has worked very hard to keep that true, thank you very much, and seriously, so much better for no one to know my name than to be known for all your crap.

Loki: You are so jelly, that you have become jam. In the school, we had Billy attempting stall a battle between the comic books and the cook books. I am uncertain who I wish to win that fight. Jamie had drinks to offer in study hall and I am now certain I ought to start attending those. Yakko taught of Marco Polo, followed by a rousing game of... Marco Polo. That is a game?

Alex: He happened way after you were a kid. But yes. You play it in the pool, where it’s nice and cool...I so did not mean for that to rhyme.

Loki: ...of course. Kaidan explained how his mechanical creations might be used in industry before offering his students a chance to design them. Did anyone hear that? I beleive it is the sound of Tony Stark crying out in dismay. Speaking of which, the good Captain spoke about ethical choices before opening the discussion to his students. And, finally, Principal Zoe was terribly busy coloring with Grace in her office.

Alex: Fascinating. In the dorms, Gabrielle came back, but only to make some phone calls before she left again. Well, okay then. It's not like we're in the middle of school or anything like that...pretend I don't have five million truancy notices somewhere back home. I've been doing better here! And Natalie was messing around on her computer. And...that's it? Really? Phone calls and e-mail? You couldn't do better than that?

*chittering*

Alex: The clearly very important news of the day, folks. In town, Toby put out the 'now hiring' sign at Goodvalors--see, that's like real news! And the air conditioning was out at the gym, resulting in a couple of grumpy--uh, gym owners. Everyone might, um, want to steer clear. Unless you want to...get on their bad side. That would be bad. Kitty stopped by and found Clint shirtless, and Natasha suggested threats and taking her shirt off. Okay, that's news! And...*rustling notes* It's all of the news.

Loki: Perhaps it was a slow day?

Alex: Be less boring, people!

Loki: Not all may engage in activities worthy of note, I suppose...

Alex: Maybe everyone’s wised up about giving them rum. Hey. Squirrels. Be less bribable.

Loki: We shall try to contain our disappointment in the meantime. Have a good day, Fandom!

Alex: Seriously, I’m going back to bed. Later, people!
