Fandom Radio [Wednesday, November 26]

Guys and Gals. Turkeys and Potatoes. I'm Toby with your Wednesday night Fandom radio!

So, it's the eve before Thanksgiving and what do we have to be thankful about? It's butt-ass cold and I ran out of glitter lotion, but guys, we are dead sexy and we have friends, good skin, and rippling muscles. Who's with me?

School, where I totes almost forgot there were still classes today!
Such was the excitement over the holiday weekend.

Physics with trees was all Jurassic Park with the fossils today. Hopefully we won't all die because of it. Or because like, Professor Cullen was out and Sex Ed was TA-driven discussion of alternatvies to masturbation. I so think giving oral is way better. But it wasn't one of the options. Those lucky bastards in Cooking Class had a two minute lecture and then class was out. See, something to be thankful for! Also, Professor Bond's class in Survival Skills can be thankful for their new seduction abilities at charming proper chicks.

Flight club did the skywriting thing and hopefully no one wrote anything dirty or professed love via skywriting because that shit is so overplayed. It's like the baseball proposal thing. Oh, and human Karal opened the library and had no pre-holiday visitors. Be thankful, dude.

In office hours news, Minsc read papers while Boo chewed them like a true hamster. Murdock looked over his MapQuest and dude, don't trust them! I tried to use that to get to the Isle of Ikea last weekend and they sent me around the mainland because of some insane HOV restriction that doesn't even happen on weekends. Stupid mapping software.

Dorms, where life goes on
Even if my BFF hit the road to get himself some old fashioned vagina love. *sighs* So, Dick who is hung, packed for home and was visited by Ella. Sam's mom called and made him go home, also causing him to ditch his dog with Helen who was so not pleased with this arrangement. Rikku and her kitty were eating popcorn. Or having it tossed at him. Figure it out, I dare you.

Down on the range, the Girls with Guns club meets and gets an ammo lesson before the shooting begins. For once, Turtle sits out, but Dojima talks with Triela about recoil, which is exactly what I do when I hear about this club because oh my god, don't give my roommate weapons he could kill me with that aren't his teeth!

Up on the second floor, Brooke preps for the Cheertastic Thanksgiving tomorrow which surprises Chuck who secretly wants a girl to take care of him. Awwww. Chad is all helpful with onions and the not crying thing. Robin gets taste testing duty. Jess thinks Brooke is early for the whole cooking thing, but dude, that shows what you know. Jess is wary of Robin the frog and his waving. Lucas and Brooke talk cookies and then have a 'Really?' conversation that is not explained even though that ho stole my boyfriend and deserves nothing for dessert. Oh fine, give him like, fruit. Whatevs. Hurley is excited for the Cheertastic holiday tomorrow and talked family stuff with Robin. Ben stopped in to talk to the girl he's not related to, whatever that means. Dude, how many sisters do you have at this school?

Town, where it's Date Night
Deadpool and Cable have a pre-Thanksgiving feast on their date night while Amber and Murdock head out for a pre-Thanksgiving roadtrip.

In town openings (hee!), Edmund was cranky over weather at the Gig. Despite being on time for work, Naomi dealt with Daisy wanting to question Tony and Lindsey setting up her office in Stark Industries.

At T&C, Amber was all singing to her broom in anticipation for the leaving thing, I bet. She and Romeo compared families and crazy. Sarah was at the Android's Dungeon with email when Loki decided she was a nerd's dream.

Johnny enjoyed hot chili at the Diner. He also enjoyed kissing Savannah. Aww, that's almost sweet except for like, people who wanted to eat food. But hey, they could wait till you came up for air. It's no real hardship. Ino meditated her day away at Wellspring while my new boss Romeo played video games with Dojima.

Tony and Tyler had dirty sparring times at Atlas. Lola arranged Thanksgiving flowers. Charlotte talked on the phone about what she missed at the Perk. Katina was at Strokes of Genius, Liir was at Cafe Fina, and Alice was at the Groovy Tunes, perusing till Dean showed. Ichigo fed turkey to rats in a creepy trap way at Coyote Medicine till Ino reminded him about the sign.

Sam & Max Freelance Police opened and Reno came in to get a job with his stun baton. Dude, wow. Don't stun me, okay? Toby friend. FRIEND.

Teddy was checking out the Gallery exhibit and Chad came in as usual. Mary and Rusty had a Thai date with flowers and awwing squirrels. Sokka only had a date if chillaxing in a graveyard alone counted. Martha in the clinic maybe approved of his lack of injury.

Fandom, I leave you tonight with some advice that didn't make it into the FH Times. Be thankful for the people you have, for the people you once had, and for the person all these people have helped you become. And then be thankful that we are all seriously hot and deserving of some fantastic man-on-man love. Happy holiday, Fandom! Toby-out!
