Fandom Radio, January 2

Okay, you've got me again. I need to have a talk with these squirrels. Or rather, this one little squirrel friend who looks a little frostbitten and out of breath and if you're going to make an interstate trek, at least wear a sweater or something. I'm not even sure I want to know how you got here.

Anyway, this is it. Or I want pay. Hear that, Barbossa?

Edumacation

Principal Washburn had office hours, and can I call her Zoe now? I get that calling the principal by her first name isn't exactly kosher and all, but I'm an alumni, which makes me better than you lowly students. No? Okay, fine. Zuko came back and Thursday's leaving. It's like yin and yang, or something. Wait, no, Sam said that was like porn or something. I think. I might be making that up.

And then there was nothing else except the library, where Thursday was packing up to go. Karal came to say goodbye and got some closure, and Cute Sam told her about Grace's first Christmas. Always good to go out on a cute note. Or a baby mention.

Living Conditions

Ino spent her morning up early studying. Okay, two things wrong with that, and the reason why they're wrong is because you're still on break. Save it for Monday. Adah lazed and got cookies and smoochy time from River, which kind of seems like a better way to spend a day than studying. I also approve of Dick not dirty- well, but that's neither here nor there- spending his time watching the America's Next Top Model marathon. That actually is how I'm spending my week.

Bridge, Z, Anders and Luke met up, but I dont know why, which means certain squirrels are withholding info. Fine. I'll just say they all had a big drunken orgy and that's what you get for not telling me what really happened. Zuko got a fight when he got back to his room, Dick just got talk about the holidays, as did Troy and AJ, but that didn't go as well. Oops.

Sokka stuck an angry note on Valentine's door, Jack Not Harkness was navel-gazing or something, and Charlie's getting the hell out of dodge, and got visits from Carmela, Adam, Isabel and Hoshi to see her off. Godspeed, and remember that if you tell anyone about what went on here, you'll be erased within 24 hours. For serious.

Out and About

Gabriel opened the church, where Annette talked to his cat. I have so many jokes I can make, but I don't feel like it, so make up your own. George Michael opened the banana stand, and my last comment stands. Ed opened Wellspring Arms, which kind of sounds more like a spa to me than anything, but hey. Roy came back to talk about kissing. All right. And Ino came in and introduced herself, but there were no talks of affection there. AJ opened Luke's, where Annette flirted phallically, and Beauty and AJ were "adorable dorks". I believe the term is "adorkable".

Turtle opened Her and Canary, where Annette got storage containers and Mary got a pregnancy test. The squirrels have spent some time preaching about safe sex, and-

*paper rustling*

Oh my god, you have diagrams? That's disturbing on so many levels, especially since I don't think squirrels and humans have the same sort of reproductive system. ANYWAY. Andrew opened the Magic Box, where Chris told Andrew about his holidays, and Mary got anti-fertility candles. I can't imagine why. Hoshi opened the Arms and caught up with Mary, and at the post office, AJ came by with milkshakes and they cleared up some New Year's Eve drama.

Wilson and Ronan opened the clinic, and Faith opened Caritas, which I know I find more interesting. There, Troy came to drown sorrows, Hoshi was freaked out, and Carmela wanted to be cheered up, except alcohol is a depressant so I doubt that worked out for her.

Thursday had a quiet morning, and Steve brought her cookies. *pause* OH! Actual Steve, not Steve Peter or Peter Steve, whatever I called him. Zuko told Aly what he did on his winter vacation, and Mary told George Michael she's not pregnant. Congratulations, neither am I.

That's it for me, and I mean it. I have a real life to get back to, squirrels. And also, then I'm going to be back in LA and while it's warmer, I think the trip till be a little more tiring. And I doubt the airlines would appreciate you stowing away. Unless it turns into this whole Squirrels on a Plane thing which could be a great sequel, and I might have been in LA too long.

Anyway, later, Fandom. I have to go wash dishes. I'm so done being home.
