Hey everyone, this is Clint Barton and it's my time of the week to read some squirrel notes. This is the sort of thing that doesn't go on a resume.
At the school, the Career Development students got to meet Constantine and Stark and talked about the things they're passionate about. In Cognitive Logic in Understanding Evidence - oh, I see what you did there - the students got to come up with fake personas at a dinner party, and discovered that the host of the party was murdered. I think I need a button with a cool "dun dun dun!" effect for the future. In Flight and Flying, the students did introductions about their flying experience and then actually got to whirl around in the simulator. In the dorms, Julius was nice and helped Elli get back to her room after she accidentally hurt herself in class, and Lana was working out on the deck since it was pretty decent outside.
Over in town news, Duke led a class called Fandom Home Companion at the community center, which is about how to deal with the aftermath of Fandom's weirdnesses. That really does seem useful. Everyone did introductions and talked about what sort of things they wanted to learn about. Shunsui was working hard on a nap at Turtle and Canary, and Octavia came in to do some shopping and got Shunsui's special discount. Sure, yeah, that sounds legit. Danny tried to sweet talk the troopers with literal sweets, and Hannibal made dinner for Lucille and Tisarwat. Octavia read up on mixing drinks at The Devil's Nest, and Dante came by with loud music to hook up to the speakers. Duke also stopped in and Octavia got all the details of how his class had gone. At Caritas, Summer had to bartend with no glassware. She and Seivarden talked about how Nick is getting settled, and Summer talked to Lucifer about his trip. Seivarden talked to Lucifer about the new folks she's met, and Jessica got some details about his trip with Duke and Octavia. Jesse and Summer talked about how long the island will be dormant for the new people, and Jessica offered to just buy a bottle of bourbon if it would keep her from having to drink out of a red solo cup. Yeah, I completely get that.
