Fandom Radio, Thursday, December 17th

Hey everyone, Clint Barton here and I'm sure you already know this, but stay away from any strings of lights you might see today, because they're not here to be sparkly and pretty and they make fighting snow a lot harder. What the hell is this place sometimes, honestly.

Okay, here's a quick rundown of notes before I go back outside and see what else is trying to attack us. The school had its usual assembly day, which was Duke doing yoga. We might need more of that next week, just saying. In town, our lovely mayor sent out a message for people to meet at the town hall to try to figure out what's going on. Rosa and Miguel talked about the importance of nerds who figure stuff out, and Nina got excited at Liam about taking out some of the snow angels. You've got to appreciate the enthusiasm, at least. Lana and Sabine also had fun, aside from the chocolate lava, and Nina was just worried about Sabine's helmet hair. Amaya was at the forge, which definitely didn't have a snow-anything problem, and Shunsui was thankfully unharmed at Turtle and Canary.

In "this person is wonderful" news, Elli was at the clinic helping anyone with candy cane or lava injuries, which still doesn't seem like a real sentence I should have to say. Annie was also out helping anyone who couldn't fight things off themselves. She and Rey talked about how the Christmas season is usually just a normal amount of weird, and Diego and Annie talked about what might come next. It's your fault if you guessed anything correctly, that's how it works. Annie got Steve caught up on the fun he's missed this week, and Miguel assured Miles that it could be worse. He also talked to Annie about her blasting powers, and Annie and Miles talked about how good hot chocolate will be once everything is over. Jessica insisted she wasn't teaming up with Annie, just equally keeping the streets clear, and Illyana got to meet Annie and talk about drinking. Which will also be good once all this is over. Allie was also helping get rid of angels in a practical "beat them with a pipe" way, because old school methods work just as well as powers. Steve eventually made it home to Tony and got even more caught up on how things have been going, and Octavia stayed nice and safe at the Devil's Nest. Summer had more festive shots going at Caritas, because when things get strange it's nice that some things don't change. Lucifer went for the boozy hot chocolate, which sounds like a nice choice, and Seivarden learned a little more about Christmas from him. She also checked in with Summer, and Summer was excited about getting to see Annie's--or Starlight's--superhero outfit for the first time. She talked to Seivarden about what being a superhero is like where she's from, and Iris apparently has bad angel memories that all of this mess is bringing up. Luckily, she and Seivarden agreed they're easy and fun to shoot.

And that's my cue to get back out and get some shooting done myself. I know I say this every week, but I mean it even more now - stay safe and don't do anything too stupid?
