Fandom Radio, Thursday, November 12th
Good morning, everyone. It's Thursday and I have coffee, so let's dive into our notes. Over at the school, this week's assembly was about Emergency Field Medicine. A Dr. TC Callahan walked the students through working with some emergency patient situations, which is something I hope most of you never have to think about, but is good to learn nonetheless. In town, the Modern Earth Entertainment folks watched a cool movie about giant robots, and Amaya and Lucille talked about what an acceptable level of mushy romantic stuff in movies might be. Outside of Portalocity... okay, I'm just going to say Cap and Steve-who's-a-cop met up because Cop-Steve is still looking for Stark's mask that's gone missing, and apparently Stark found out it's being held hostage by raccoons. Can't you do something about that?
*angry chittering*
Whoa, okay, very different animals, got it. At Turtle and Canary Shunsui was enjoying some sake when Jessica came in to stock up, so he was nice and offered her some sake as well. A raccoon also helped itself to some cookies - okay, any new sentient animal that shows up here should be as cute as the porgs, that's all I'm saying. Lucille had a quiet afternoon at the Perk, and Summer was making more weird jello shots at Caritas. Lucifer was brave and tried one of the shots as he and Summer got caught up, and Jessica was surprised to see Lucifer at the competing bar. It's not a competition when there's only two and one is clearly better. Jesse talked to Summer about the Fandom handbook she's been working on, which sounds like a great idea, and Jesse and Annie talked about where Jesse is from, which is about as weird as Fandom. Summer congratulated Rey on her thing with Silver, mostly because she had guessed that it would happen, and Annie was a little more discreet with her congratulations. Jessica talked to Rey about how she's going to stick around for a while, and Summer showed Annie the jello shot maker Barry made for her to make her shots even quicker. Annie also tried to talk Jessica into doing a karaoke duet with her, but Jessica was pretty thrown off by Summer's taste choices so it doesn't sound like she was up for a free one. Eleanor, on the other hand, was happy to try all the things Summer came up with.
