What's literally smoking hot and doing radio on a different day than usual? That's right, it's me. Parents leave and I come back. Coincidence?
Big thanks to Kitty for covering yesterday, but I'm paying it back ASAP.
Let's start with the one school note. It says here that Face showed up to the Library early. Good for you, Face. You should demand a raise.
Dorms and stuff seems to be mostly people being emotional about the parents, so let's skip that and go to town for now. We're ending with emotions, deal with it.
And we're starting with Edward brooding at Galactica Point. Seriously, guys?

And Tamsin worked the phones at the Trooper Station. Anders wrote some lists at the Magic Box, when Edward stopped in and chatted about Anders' guest and Ed's feelings on romance. Yeah, that's how I'm phrasing it. And then some guy named Karl walked in and was pretty much immediately picked up by a portal home.
Zombie actors did a show over at the Boards. Sia was a gremlin-bit lifeguard at the Park when Atton was kind and tried to bring her back to the dorms. And Sparkle was working hard and staying hydrated at Demon Marcus while Elsa and Roxie came in to shop and bond.
Eleanor and Louise made sand castles and conversation at the beach. And Celia stood up against her father at the Causeway.
And there was a brunch for the parents in the park. *knuckles crack* This part gets long, so let's just bear down and get through it together. Everyone arrived and mingled. After talking about coffee, Sparkle and Lewis told Hannibal what Lewis had seen around town. Irene was scoping out the crowd when Sherlock - what a name - asked about the whole squirrel thing. And then Kitty stopped by to ask about Irene's guests and their classes.
Ichabod's dad got to hear about flamingos and the wonders of Fandom's library - wait, we have an actual library? Not kidding, I thought those were joke notes. Where is it?

Dude, I don't take any classes where I'd need to go there.

Why would I look up history stuff in the library? I have the internet. It's way faster. And more up to date.
Anyway, flamingos, father, hope you had fun, Ichabod.
And since it was a brunch, people could eventually get food and drinks, too. How many mimosas were drunk? We'll never know. Atton and Anakin hated on one of Atton's guests and made plans to get drinks... I smell a rad bromance coming on. Oh, and then the hater - Anakin - approached the hatee - Mical - to help him with the pie that ended up in his hair. And then they debated, blah blah blah.
Kira tried to avoid her parents, but Cora introduced herself instead. Which is creepy. Did Cora know that they basically had the same name before approaching her. If so, I hope Kira got away from the crazy chick.

They have the same name, basically. Tell me that's not weird. You can't. I win.
There were tables. People sat at them. One of those people was Flick, who had someone named Maryse wander over and tell him that Isabelle was gonna dump him, which is a total dick move, Maryse. Irene wandered over to Hatter and Alice and they talked about how unsafe Wonderland was, and I find this sentence sketchier than the library thing. It's called Wonderland.
Gwen had brunch with Peter and May... Wait, I missed... people from my world? Ish? I bet they're fans. Eleanor and company were brunching it up when Adam Hackett --

What's an abbreviation? Whatever. Adam Hackett tried to find Joker but ended up getting to know good old Elle instead.
And Jono played guitar before Lou came by and they talked about theme parks, and that sentence is how you'd describe my perfect retirement. Playing guitar then going to theme parks.
Okay, something about girls, too. You got me.
And now the dorms, or what I like to call "Place where people were sad, what the hell?"
Before people left, Four was shooting stuff at the range when his mother showed up and wasn't dead the way he totally thought she was because his dad lied about it. Which, um, hey man. That happened to me too, once. No seriously, it was a thing. You ever need to talk about it, let me know.
ANYWAY, Travis was sad in his room after his buddy left. Flick visited Isabelle in her room to talk about what her mom told him. You remember, the dick move?
And Rapunzel was sad on the roof and doodled to help with that. She told Barry that her mother didn't even know she was here, so they made plans for Barry to visit her next year. Anders picked Barry's brain about portals so he could get his buddy Karl back in town to hang out. And Anders let Rapunzel know that his guest was gone, which was also sad.
Okay, you know what? This is depressing as crap. I'm going to go get some cupcakes, then I'm going to take them to the dorm lobby, and anyone who needs cheering up gets one, a hug from me, and a pep talk.
Let's face it, Fandom High, the hero you need right now is the Human Torch, and I'm not going to let you down. Get ready to be cheered up.
