Fandom Radio, Wednesday, June 26th
Good morning, it's Wednesday, and you're getting a Clint Barton on very little sleep. Let's see how this goes, yeah?
So, schoolwise, it's finals week in case someone didn't already know that. The Combat Tech folks had to make a weapon or shield and test it against turrets, floor traps, paintball guns, robots?, robots with shields?, and nerf bats with more paint before checking in, because finals apparently get to be really messy. The First Aid class had to help a rural village via their mad skills at CPR, tourniquets, and treating burns. The Try Not To Die class had their final in Vietnam, and had to dance with canes and then choose between playing human chess or making pho before their final check-in. Finally--no pun intended--Hitting Things 101 didn't have a final, the students just smacked punching bags and sparred with each other.
In the dorms, Theo called home and got caught up with his friends, and Jessica had some cake to share in one of the common rooms. Sia noticed Jessica was in a good mood and Jessica explained that she's not a fugitive anymore. Oh, hey, that totally deserves cake, good job Jessica. Over in town Emily was doing inventory at Portalocity and Eponine was playing with a baby kitten at the post office, awww. Sam Traynor came by for a chat and Eponine discovered Sam's allergic to cats, oops, and Jack came by to mail a package and got to see Eponine's cat fighting evil dust bunnies and shoes. That sounds like a cat Lucky would probably get along with. At the Devil's Nest, Emma was letting gremlins shoot soapy chipmunks at the DJ, which sounds like a bad idea from every angle, and I'm the King of Bad Ideas so... then, at Caritas, Kitty was wearing one of her things-that-cover-her-top-but-aren't-actually-clothes shirts, which got Stiles' attention--I'm totally fine with that, for the record--and he told her he's talking to Derek again--which I'm not fine with--and... I AM ALSO NOT FINE WITH BEING LOCKED UP WITH DEREK EITHER. King of Bad Ideas, remember? That's a terrible one.
On that disturbing note, I'm out of notes so I'm going back to bed. Peace out, Girl Scouts.
