Good morning guys and gals. I hope everyone's feeling better after this weekend, or you've at least figured out successful ways of blocking it all out. Let's see what the squirrels have for us today.
Up at the school, the Combat Tech class talked about plasma and how to weaponize it, and then got to team up and experiment. The First Aid class got CPR training... oh, but they practiced on dummies. Aww Bruce, not getting to sort of make out with someone takes half the fun out of learning CPR. Bruce also let the students ask questions about next week's final, and Evan just wanted to know what he missed while he was a puppy.
The Try Not To Die class went to India, which is another country I'd highly recommend people visit. They had to climb ladders while getting pelted with dye, and then they had to choose between chasing entangling wires or hauling 40 pounds of chili peppers around before checking in. As long as the chili peppers were in something I could haul on my back, I'd definitely go for that option. Finally, the Hitting Things 101 class practiced their boxing skills, and Cade was annoyed that boxing has rules. Only if you do it somewhere formal... is probably not something I should have said.
Moving right along, in the dorms Theo took a super long shower after the Try Not to Die class, which the squirrels hopefully didn't watch, and then planted himself in front of one of the common room televisions for a probably well-deserved rest. In town, Eponine was reading at the post office when Kenzi came by to talk about the weekend and to remind Eponine they need to buy her a cat. Bay was in a good mood as she went about her duties at Luke's, and Stiles was in a bad mood at The Perk, which I think is totally justified after last weekend. Jim teased Stiles about his tattoo, and Stiles warned Jim not to make Jackson angry. Would Jim not like him when he's angry? Kitty talked to Stiles and found out that Derek isn't talking to him after this weekend, which is good... or apparently not good since Kitty said she'd talk to Derek? Hey, maybe she could skip that and encourage some separation there, I'm just saying. Jack also checked on Stiles and sympathized with him about Derek being an idiot. Hey, Jack, you're a good guy, thank you.
Jackson was hanging out in the park when Jack ran into him and... they, uh... 'talked' is the only word I can decipher here, sorry. At Caritas, Kitty was dressed like a sexy not-nearly-40 year old, although be honest folks, she was still hot this weekend, right? Right. Derek came by--oh, of course he did--and Kitty argued with him about him leaving Stiles alone after the weekend and promised not to let it go until they talked. So much for letting them be separated, huh?
