Fandom Radio- Thursday, February 14
It's Thursday. It's Valentine's Day. Take your pick of which one you're going to celebrate, I'll still read notes like normal anyway.
*chittering*
Why are you looking at me like you're sad? Don't tell me you're the one of those people all depressed over not having someone.
*chittering*
You're sad for me? I'm fine being single.
*squirrelly sigh*
I am not just saying that. Am I really getting pressure to find someone from a woodland creature? It's not like you have anyone either.
*slightly more girly chittering*
Oh. Okay, that is a little depressing.
Anyway, at school, Supernatural Studies learned about ghosts and spirits, so they sat down at seance tables or met a poltergeist. As you do. And then Stiles complained to Jack about Derek creeping on his dates. Derek, don't creep on students' dates. Wait until you're not a teacher anymore or they're not a student anymore, then creep. Speak of the devil, Friendship class watched a surprisingly traumatic movie that had the pony crying all over Derek, so there's his punishment for creeping.
Our esteemed guidance counselor was sending texts and emails in her office, and in the library, Sholeh was dealing with the books all coupling up- ...much like my squirrels. HEY. CUT IT OUT WITH THE PUBLIC DISPLAY OF SQUIRREL AFFECTION!
*chittering*
You can wait five to ten minutes. God. Over in the dorms there wasn't much going on, except the sorority making conversation hearts to give people, and Karla selling dance tickets and flowers in the lobby.
You all do this on purpose on my days, I know it.
In town, people did work. None of them were me. Jeremy... well, okay Jeremy was checking out the suits at Demon Marcus instead of actually working, and Jessica was at Stark Industries, working on a project the squirrels assure me was lackluster and uninteresting. I'll take their word for it. Natalie wasn't exactly working but she was studying at the Perk, when Kate Bishop came in to bond over marshmallows and music. Possibly other things beginning with M, too.
There was rehearsal at the Boards, where people mingled and talked about upcoming rehearsals, I'm guessing because people realized these are a recurring thing, or just Karla worrying about it conflicting with a trip. Then there was hearsing and rehearsing, and people sitting in the audience to watch both, while other people did work behind the scenes</>. And then April bugged Jono about bruises he has before possibly making Valentine's horror movie marathon plans.

I don't need plans, I'm confident in my singleness.

Shut up. You're squirrels. Finally, at the Devil's Nest, Derek was blissfully not bugged this week, but he had to listen to love songs that the DJ was playing. So, everyone take that mental image with you as you go through your day.

No, I will not let you set me up.
