Fandom Radio, Saturday April 28, 2007

Hi! My name is Willow Rosenberg and this is my report on what happened in Fandom.

Today in School

Today in School the office was open. It announced detention. Detention is for very bad students who don't do what they're told and who want their parents to be disappointed in them. Today in detention there was Katara, Rikku, Sokka, Dick, Marco, Annette, Jo, Molly, Kawalsky, Billy, Cameron, Summer, Jaye, Naomi, and Layla. They had detention with The Tick. Detention was a playground. Seely was a bad student and could not play on the swings. Also the slide was too high for him and he got scared. You should not wear skirts when sliding because then you show things that are inagroperiate. Showing things that are inagroperiate is bad because then men don't take you seriously. Men should take you seriously so you get paid what they do. Otherwise you have a glass ceiling and can't throw stones. Either way you should not play ball in the house.

Today in Dorms.

This morning in dorms Setsuna works with her bokken. A bokken is not a chicken even though it sounds like one. Kabuto throws weapons at Setsuna which is naughty. If you act angry or throw things you have to have a Time Out. Then you think about what you've done and then write a report about it. Also you have to say sorry.

River was in the fifth floor common room and she had cookies and ice cream which are sometmes foods. She wrote in a notebook which is a good way to practice your penmanship. Penmanship is called that even if you use pencils. The pencils understand and do not feel bad. Blair wants River to trade hugs for cookies. Trading hugs for cookies would make River employed. She would be called a working girl. Nadia and Furrball have cereal that is bad for you. Cereal that is bad for you is advertised by companies that use television to teach bad values. Cartoon characters do not understand good nutrition. You should also not eat food that is made by clowns. Walter makes eggs. The eggs are not made by bokkens. Nadia gives River cereal that is bad for you. River has peer pressure. Peer pressure is bad which is why it is okay to sit alone if you are doing the right thing.

In the second floor common room Sam and Jack make waffles. I like waffles. Waffles hold syrup in their squares. Then the syrup has a home and the waffle is its friend. Jack makes waffles for Lana and her panther. Panthers are cats but you cannot keep them as pets. If you are a good girl you might be able to have fish. Jack makes Cedric a waffle with chocolate. Waffles can also be made with fruit. Raisins are a kind of fruit. Raisins are Nature's candy. Cedric tells Sam about Dumbledore and Sam tells Cedric about Santa. Santa is a commercial image that encourages materialism. Hannukkah is an important holiday. It does not need commercials. I like Hannukkah but I also like the Snoopy Dance. Xander does the Snoopy Dance when we watch Charlie Brown. It is funny.

Shawn makes himself a waffle. Jack wants to be a superhero. Jack is the Time Avenger. Bitterwoman is Cathy Carter but her friends do not know that. If I had a secret identity I would look different so people did not know who I was. I might wear glasses. I would also have a cat. Miley helps Jack make waffles. Miley invites Jack swimming. You cannot swim right after eating or else you get cramps. These are not the same cramps that you will understand about when you are older. Jack gives Summer a waffle. Jack uses the floor as a Slip-n-Slide. Slip-n-Slide is a dangerous toy. Shawn offers syrup to Summer. Summer has detention. In detention you eat your waffles dry. This is sad. Jack talks to Alanna about her pets. Alanna has a cat and a pony. The pony bites. Biting is sometimes a sign of problems at home. Alanna talks to Sam about licking trees. You should not lick trees without permission. Licking is a private thing for mommies and daddies, or mommies and mommies, or daddies and daddies. You should not believe what preservatives say about marriage. Preservatives only have one wing. It is on the right.

Zack has lab equipment in the third floor common room. Science is fun. Girls can be just as good at science and math as boys. Girls can also be better. Zack and River make a robot. It will hover, dance, and have lasers. If I made a robot it would make sandwiches. Turtle tells Zack he needs investors. Turtle likes capitalism. River tells Turtle that being rich would collapse the economy. River likes Socialism. Mel and I talk about Bitterwoman. Mel is my friend. Zack and I talk about school. School is fun. At school there are grades and lessons. Turtle and I will make computers for ants. The computers will be small. River and I like to learn. We make our own lessons. Our lessons must be approved by adults or else we are doing it wrong. I like to do things right so I can get a gold star. Sometimes there are stickers that smell like bubblegum. I had an eraser that smelled like gum. Xander ate it. I drew him a picture so he would feel better.

Mel wants to ride the robot. The robot does not have a safety rating. Turtle runs a tab on Mel's Cheerios. Tab is an icky-tasting soda that encourages bad body image. Mel should drink milk. Mel and Katara talk about getting ice cream. Ice cream counts as milk if you are at Xander's house. Zack thinks Katara is pretty. Girls do not have to be pretty because they have minds. Katara and Turtle get ice cream and spoons. You can also eat ice cream out of a cone. Katara and River do not get along. I statements help to solve problems. Katara tells Tori about detention. Angela talks to Turtle about Turtle & Canary. Turtle & Canary is a store where you can buy food. Sometimes you buy a loaf of bread, a container of milk, and a stick of butter.

Angela meets Zack and asks if he is hungry. Angela gets ice cream for Mel. Rikku tells Angela that she is big. It is okay for girls to be big. Being too thin means you are a victim of the paid-tree-archy. Hermione has books. Turtle says Hermione is a dork. You do not pay attention to people who call you a dork. They are mean. Books are nice. Books teach you things and do not call you names. my favorite books are about science and fairy tales. Zack likes science and Hermione likes magic. If I had a choice I would do both. But I would not do it with physics because I am not interested in becoming a doctor. River tells Hermione that books lie. Hermione is upset because she likes books.

Luke calls Hermione Beru. I do not know what that word means so I will look it up in a dictionary. Hermione tells Rikku about magic. Rikku wants to blow up goblins with grenades. Rikku has issues. Marco and Turtle throw Cheerios at each other. Cheerios do not like to be thrown because that is solving problems with violins. Zack and Marco wave at each other. Chad makes omlettes for Teddy. Using the stove is for grownups. Angela is glad that Chad is big like her. In Fandom sometimes people get very tall overnight. Katara makes omlettes and breaks eggs. Katara is an idiom.

Rikku, Jude, and Chad make pancakes. The pancakes are for angry ninjas. Teddy would like pancakes with ham and cheese and chocolate. Ham tastes good but it is not Kosher. Luke and Zack try to tear Artoo apart. Artoo is told that he is adopted. Angela gives Luke ice cream for breakfast. River and Luke talk about robots and spaceships. Luke and Tori eat ice cream before going to the beach. Eating ice cream on the beach gives you sand. Luke is used to that.

Rikku and Luke talk about brothers and sisters and how birth order is difficult. River gives Tori a pop quiz. Pop quizes are why you should review your notes every night. Otherwise you get an F. Rikku makes a grand entrance. The women's movement means that girls can be carpenters too.

At night someone puts candy in the fourth floor common room. Sokka eats it. This makes Annette mad. If she drew her feelings there would be a sadface. On the second floor Dick does not eat his vegetables. Dick may get rickets. Tori invites Jim and Billyto the beach. You should always invite everybody in the class even if they do not say yes. Billy and Dick talk about yogurt. The fruit at the bottom of yogurt is not drowning no matter what Jesse tells you.

Valentine juggles a ball. The ball goes into the lights. The ball is now blind, but we call it handi-capable. Jack and Sam have games to choose from. The Put Things Away game makes rooms tidy. Ami has a nightmare. Naomi gives her comfort. Liz takes pictures of her cat. Marie and I watch Bitterwoman cartoons. Bitterwoman cartoons are age-agroperiate for children. Lana chases her panther. Lana and the panther are not dirty.

Dick and Annette have apples. Apples come first in the alphabet. Zebras do not mind. Chris wonders who Summer's mommy is. Wyatt wants to build a castle. Having a castle could be fun so long as you are not a helpless princess. Dozing Pretty Girl is not a role model. Many famous girls are not. Phoebe visits Chris and Wyatt. Families in modern times are interesting.

Anders cuddles with Bel and Phoebe. This is not a melony. Lucas and Greg talk about science shows. Seely and Door wake up early. Seely may be insane. Molly plays with her stuffed animals and wears a tiara to detention. Molly believes in girl power. Bridge is alone except for his giraffe. Giraffes in sunglasses are not polar bears. Carmela hunts cartoons.

John visits Rory because he is boredinated. Boredinated is so a word. Mac and Cally color. Pam colors. Irulan says hi. Coloring has to be done inside the lines or else you ruined it. Gwynn gets ready for her day. It is easier to get ready when your mom picks out your clothes. Setsuna looks for something in her room. If she knew what she was looking for it might go faster. Buffy is surprised that her little sister is little. Buffy ignores adjectives. River wants to put a lab in the room. I would want to visit if River and Buffy had a lab in their room.

John and Aeryn have a fight. They are testing relationship boundaries. Demyx is excited about the weekend. Nadia wakes up Walter. She dumps a cat on him. Cats should not be thrown away because pets are for life. Sokka looks for Zuko. Sam takes her swoop bike apart. River tells her how to do it better. River should be more supportive. Aly gets Sam to play in a sprinkler. This is a good way to get new moaniums. Zuko tells Aly that he did not break Mel's arm. Mel would probably break Zuko's arm first. Jack helps Sam. River makes her own bike.

Rory and Vladdie meet Rikku and Jude. Jude is a kitty. Jude is not always like that. Being a kitty sometimes happens in Fandom. Annette tells Tori about breakfast. Tori should eat breakfast every day as it is important. Conner wants Tori to play with him. His name is spelled with an E-R even though it does not sound like it.

Isabel talks to Alanna about knights. I think knights are brave. Isabel gives Cedric chocolate. Cedric can have Isabel's chocolate because she is not a stranger. Isabel and Anders have grownup talk. Teenagers are thousands of years older than little kids. Steve Peter visits Isabel. Steve Peter will have a hard time learning with his hair in his eyes. Jack tells Steve Peter that Isabel belongs to him. Isabel is her own woman. Parker and Isabel talk about all the children. Children are fun and often know more than adults give them credit for.

Rikku visits Hamlet. Jack visits Parker. He is wet from the pond. This is not dirty even though ponds can have algae. Zero looks for her bird. Her bird is lost. If I find Zero's bird I will tell Zero and draw it a map. Walter and Nadia think Parker is a vampire. Parker is actually a witch. Alanna is surprised that Parker is tall. Alanna and Buffy would be good friends.

Anders brings food to Phoebe and Bel. Bel and Anders fight about cupcakes. This is why you are not allowed to keep treats in the house. Pam visits Jim. Pam says she will get bigger someday. Squirrels eat toast with a kind of fruit spread on it that is not jelly. Jim and Annette jump on beds. Jumping on beds is fun if adults do not catch you. Mel bounces on Zuko's bed and they fight. I believe that Mel wins.

Today in Town

Luke and Rory cheer up a weeping willow by singing to it. I am fine, thank you. Aly and Zuko hunt gremlins. Deadpool watches Antim. Antim is a reality TV show. Reality TV is bad for you, unless it is documentaries. Arashi and Deadpool are boyfriends. Aly says so. Kabuto visits. Arashi wants to know if they have another kid. Arashi should take better notes about relatives.

John and Zoe look for a place to live. The real estate in Sunnydale is surprisingly cheap for the home value. Xander is at home. Bridge and Dawn find him. Xander is my BFF. BFF means best friends forever. It is not a silly term meant for the uneducated.

Stanley has a bee-bee-kew. Annette comes to visit. If Stanley is nice he will share his bee-bee-kew with Annette. I do not know if bee-bee-kews are for sharing.

Cafe Fine has free ice cream. Turtle makes toys expensive at Turtle & Canary. Toys should be affordable so that all kids can play with them. Especially the educational toys that encourage mind development. Blair and River come to buy pens and Squishies. Turtle sells candy to Jim. Jim probably uses candy responsibly.

Josh is at The Perk. He drinks coffee. Coffee is for grownups. Jake and Josh talk about summer plans. Sometimes in summer it is fun to go to camp. Camps can be specific. Camps can be about things like music or science. Mac has coffee. Mac is too young for that. Aly apologizes to Josh. Aly should make Josh cookies so that he will like her again and not be angry. Josh thinks Mac is related to Rory. Turtle has coffee. She is also too young for that.

Alphonse is at Book Haven. Alphonse cannot get behind the counter. Alphonse is not a working boy. Demyx wants music paper. Setsuna wants to play. Al wants to be responsible because being responsible is how you stay out of trouble.

Lucifer leaves town. Some may not believe in his literal life or traveling. Jack ties a rope to a tree. He makes a pond swing. Jack does not lick the tree. This is surprising. Jack teaches Annette how to swing. Squirrels believe that Jack is the best person to teach swinging. Conner is scared of the water. Water sometimes has frogs. Frogs are very scary. One kind of frog is small enough to hop in faucets. This is why baths can be scary.

Conner plays with Gwynn. Conner tells Jack to be safe as he swings. Squirrels think this is good advice for Jack. Billy is not afraid. Billy swings but in different ways from Jack. Jack helps Miley swing. Tori invites Miley to the beach. Phoebe would like to swing too.

Photo Hut is open. Leo does not swing.

Tori plays on the beach. Dick wants to make a big sandcastle. Dick is very Toydian. Annette tells Tori she is envious of mermaids. A desire to spend lots of time around salty liquids may mean that Annette is very Toydian too. Billy dumps water on Annette's feet. Billy may be part of the theme.

Billy chases waves. Waves chase Billy back. Demyx and Billy argue about water. At the beach there is enough water to share. Billy says hi to Anakin. Billy plays with Luke. There is no swinging. Anakin makes Dean dig. Dean could pretend he is a puppy. Tori says hi to Anakin. Katara invites Anakin into the water. Katara understands sharing.

Rory wears sunscreen. Sunscreen is important so that you do not get cancer. Miley hunts lobsters. Lobsters are like ham. Tori helps Miley. Tori is probably not Jewish. Dean and Sam are joined at the hip. Dean and Sam may find it hard to swing that way. Katara plays with Tori and Demyx. Liz is restless. Being restless can give you strange dreams.

Jaye finds Chilly Boulder. Fraser offers to buy her ice cream. Fraser is very nice. Fraser wears a hat. Annette sprays Jaye with whipped cream. Playing with your food is naughty.

I do not have any more notes to report. I made graphs but only the squirrels can see them. I hope I did okay and nobody minds that I was talking to them.

Good night!

"I AM NOT SCARED OF HEIGHTS!" Seely yelled at the radio, making a note to push Willow in a mud puddle the next time he saw her. "I'M NOT BAD EITHER!"

Parker's not sure if that's squirrel commentary, a compliment from Willow, or ... okay, yeah, rhymes-with-rich. "Hmm."

The rest of it has her snickering through 'til bedtime.

River blinked. "Saying that the economy will collapse if someone accumulates a nonspecified extremely large portion of all currency circulating does not equal supporting socialism."

Tori giggled at the radio. "Yay Willow!" She cheered and clapped for her friend. Though she wondered what helping Miley had to do with not being Jewish.

[OOC: OMG! I love you!]
