Fandom Radio, Friday, November 30, 2012

Good morning, Fandom! Rilla Blythe here to report on a week that has been quite strange so far.

*chittering*

No, I don't think that Miss Pie's hair is very flat--PUT THOSE FLAGS AWAY IT'S NOT FUNNY.

Ahem. In classes yesterday, Wild Roving discussed student exchange programs.

...we can trade some in?

*chittering, papers rustling*

Apparently not, though the squirrels have a list in case anyone asks them for suggestions.

We made Swedish furniture in Mr. Warner's class, and they sat around and talked in Doing Nothing class. Mr. Sabahnur was barraged by teen magazines in the library wanting him to take their quizzes, and the lacrosse team met in the Danger Shop, though Mr. Wittemore was more enthralled by his phone than the game.

In the dormitories, Miss Drew tried to chase down the source of music in the fifth floor common room last night, but had no luck.

And in town, the adults are still mostly missing. Am I the only one a little concerned about the Student Council meeting today? It seems that Principal McGonagall was always...not a teenager. Mr. Alenko was on the beach today setting off blue explosions--that can't be safe--which is indeed what he told Miss Ludgate. I feel quite smart! Mr. Mancha realized that Mr. Alenko wasn't his usual self and reassured him that this island was quite safe. Well, it was before the blue explosions, at least. Mr. Skywalker and his terrible haircut--was that really necessary to point out?

*emphatic chittering*

A braid and a ponytail? Why? Anyway, he was interrupted in his coffee drinking by Miss Tyler, who told him that he was normally a teacher here. He seemed quite dubious. Did someone tell him that his hair gets better? And Princess Marasiah took...someone to the coffee shop and the rest of the notes are completely covered in glitter. Honestly, squirrels. Please be a little more conscientious. Finally, Miss [Kenzi's last name] was offering free drinks at Caritas to anyone who'd never had alcohol before. That seems completely inappropriate.

Well, that's all the notes I have today! Have a good weekend, Fandom. Hopefully this teenager...problem...wears off soon.
