Fandom Radio- Wednesday, November 7
It's Wednesday, this is Jaye, and I am extremely hungover. I come from a family full of Republicans. Let's just leave it at that. You know what, stuff happened. Ask your friends.
*chittering*
*grooooooan* Fine. But I'm not gonna be enthusiastic about it.
SCHOOL
Mad Science and You were in a Danger Shopped Tokyo outrunning a monster that I can only assume was the result of mad science. Ethics talked about whether a stable, sustainable government is possible, and remember kids, just because the election's over doesn't mean you won't have to hear about it at least through the rest of today. Combat class set hair on fire or something, and Cade found out from Jaina that what happened last weekend? Yeah, you're totally gonna be dealing with that again.
And over in her office, Electroclash was cheering on the tiny fighting animals. Shoulda placed bets.
*chittering*
No, I don't know if that's legal, and can you stop chittering so loud?
DORMS
Stiles got laughed at by Cade for having hickeys and an animal carcass in the room- teenage boys have gotten weirder since my day.
Then in the fifth floor common room, Olive had her birthday party while keeping election results on. Why would you combine a fun thing with a not-fun thing? Karolina and Jim had reason to flail at each other after the weekend, Jim is now jailbait to Olive, who mocked Canada with Toby, probably about their non-election-having ways. She also got a present from Karolina and made sure Sia knew that the right to bear arms had nothing to do with bears and their arms. You should have said the exact opposite of all of that, Olive. Let the new kids swing in the breeze a little.
Sparkle and Olive talked about getting arrested, but she can be tried as an adult now, so keep that in mind. She and Victor teased each other about the weekend weirdness, and she made sure to get his birthday, and also a present from Petra. See what I did there?
TOWN
Hanna got to deal with donkeys and elephants brawling over at Demon Marcus, while Victor had cherries and blueberries growing over at Stark Industries. The colors were a theme, in case you haven't noticed yet. Over at Cafe Luke's, Karla headed to the office rather than deal with election stuff. I wish I could have. Or she could have taken a hint from Bucky and terrorized the tiny animals right back.
At the Devil's Nest, Max was betting on the donkey/elephant battles, and at Caritas they were getting zapped out by the sanctuary spell while Kitty ran red and blue drink specials. She and Clint teased each other about the weekend, but they still got to make out then so they're fine with that. Alice asked about the elections here and told Kitty about coming from the zombie apocalypse, and Priestly wanted a green drink, and the squirrel has some thoughts on what that says about his voting.
And that's it. I'm done. Can I go now?
*chittering*
Oh thank god. Do nothing today, Fandom. I said so.
