Fandom Radio- Wednesday, July 18

I WANT TO KNOW WHY IT'S STILL HOT. Is there no one in this freaky town who can control the weather? Do none of you have weather-controlling friends you can call?

While I try and get the squirrels to fan me- spoiler alert: they're not gonna- let's get to some notes.

SCHOOL

Heroes and Villains skipped the hero part of the class and went straight on to villain, dumping the students in a pit full of water and making them escape in a way that wouldn't end in them wearing clown makeup. ...Believe it or not, I think that's a first for this school. Creative Writing had to pair up to come up with ideas for what Meatloaf wouldn't do for love.

Easy: that. Duh.

Modern Technology was covering texting, with people pairing up to text without making mistakes. Ahaha good luck with that. Frank and Liara couldn't even figure out how to get to the app, which I guess saves them time they would have otherwise spent cursing Autocorrect. Seven Deadly Sins talked about sloth, which... I know a little about. Students had to argue against an actual sloth, and somewhere Kristen Bell is crying and doesn't know why. And finally, Sex Ed has already given up and gone on to movie day, which was a family drama starring boykissy. If there wasn't glitter, I don't buy it.

DORMS

Outside his room, Toby turned back from a cat into a naked human, who had the misfortune of running into Alec like that. Well, misfortune for him. For us, it's hilarious.

Also, Alec, we're changing your name. You will now forever be known as Not-Alec. Sign your checks this way.

TOWN

In town, Sam getting sweaty while doing inventory, which means you are working way, way, way too hard. Go back in time and take that class on sloth. Tomoe came into Stark's on Victor's shift, wanting to special order some equipment for his laboratory, which I'm sure will only end in good things. Mary had cold-themed food out at the Arms, which probably worked right up until the point that the salmonella seeped in.

Is that how you get salmonella? I don't actually know. Anyway. The Psionics class at the community center got into telepathy, with Carl interviewing Emma for the paper. But where's Carl now? And finally, Kitty was a lion cub, but then she ended up having to streak across Caritas just to put some clothes on. On the plus side, she's human again. I say that because she signs my checks and doesn't seem to use a stamp. Believe me, I looked.

That concludes my notes from this week, so I'm going to go sit directly in front of a fan.
