Seriously, did someone spite a wizard to get this weather? This is not normal weather. The flavoured ice was more normal than this.
School
In the Library, Raven didn't break up the party the Canadian books were having, though she did talk with Evan about how impressive it was.
Dorms
Post-showcase, Natalie was feeling pretty pleased with her Canada Day treats, at least until she and Sam had words about song choices and she turned into a snake.
Yeah, that happens around here, aren't you new people so glad you came?
Town
Zayne worked on his lesson plan at Goodvalor's, and Coulson worked on his weapons wishlist at Wellsrping Arms. Then their lists and plans got together and had little list babies.
Kaidan was jogging on the beach, but decided to have a little brood instead. Then Guy showed up and they talked about how they kept the peace in different ways.
Over at the Boards, they had a Summer Showcase. There was pre-show hanging out, Jono drafted Natalie to do sound check, and a trio of squirrels had backstage drama. Squirrels and drama, colour me shocked.
*chittering*
I've seen you lot after you've gotten into the rum. The audience also settled in. Liara wanted to learn about human culture, and Karla talked with her about good and bad foods. The performance itself, involved song, zombies, drunken squirrels and animal transformations, so basically business as usual. Then came the inevitable mingling, Jace was impressed that Natalie could play piano, Karla told Jono about all the things she didn't expect in the show, Squall suggested getting a witch to check if the theatre was cursed, and Raven ordered Jono to get some sleep already. Liara talked with Karla about how "emphatic" the show was, and Karolina let her know that it really wasn't that weird.
Someone forgot to turn the air conditioning on at the Devil's Nest until Susan turned up for her shift, so that was pleasant, while the nurses complained about teh stairs at the Clinic, at least there are stairs.
