Fandom Radio, Thursday, June 7

Good morning, everyone! This is Chloe Sullivan with your Thursday news! I have my blessed coffee and the squirrels have their rum because it's five o'clock somewhere, so let's see what these notes say today.

Up at the school, the Art of Disguise students were subjected to a terrible movie about a master of disguises. Maybe it was a "What not to do" kind of guide? In Kicking Ass, Teamwork Style, the students faced an obstacle course that they had to go through blindfolded in teams, because that's the kind of thing students of Fandom can be expected to do. Bobby and Squall were around, in case anyone got into trouble, while Kennedy was enjoying some hopefully-caffeinated coffee. Ah, coffee.

Look, I'm not an addict, I can stop anytime I want. Really.

Anyway, in Heroics, Fame, and You, the students got to meet "The Hotness," an American superhero who talked to the class about his awesome exploits. Electroclash also got a visit from Guy, who stopped by to see her, and to check out The Hotness. I've got one enthusiastic squirrel with a flag here, but I'm not sure if he was checking him out like that. And Angela was actually in her office this week, working on classes and watching her phone. Haven't you ever heard that a watched phone never rings? That's how that line should really go.

At the dorms, Cara was wearing casual clothes while cleaning her leathers. I think she's sufficiently intimidated the squirrels, because there aren't any inappropriate comments adjoining that note. In town, Alice was having a pensive shift at Coyote Medicine, K-Mart was bored at Nast Sporting Goods, and Shira was setting out displays at the Magic Box. Britta was having some trouble getting the voice recognition on the cash register at Turtle and Canary to work, and Fawn was in an awesome mood at Groovy Tunes due to figuring out how the CD player worked. I was nearly felled by evil decaf coffee at the clinic, and Jaye was late to her first shift at Caritas, because otherwise, people would think she was a pod person or something. And here, that could actually happen, so...

That's all the squirrels caught you people doing yesterday, so that's my cue to sign off. Have a safe rest of the week, folks!
