Fandom Radio- Wednesday, May 23

It's Wednesday, I'm Jaye, and let's just-

*sound of hooves clomping*

Okay, squirrels, the pony weekend is over, okay? And I don't even know how hard two of you had to practice to clap coconut halves together to make that sound but it went totally unappreciated.

...How'd you even get that open? Those suckers are impossible.

Anyway, let's ignore the squirrels and not ignore the news.

SCHOOL

The best class ever met and they got to show off their pictures from last week. And while I had no idea everyone was going to turn into ponies last weekend, I'm just saying, you should all thank me for making the assignment really easy for you. Next week you bring me pie. Or turtles. Do not disappoint me. Because that would suck. Is Love a Tender thing talked about wooing through love poems. I guarantee you no guy from this current universe and time period has ever written a love poem he didn't copy off the internet. Anyway, they wrote poems and talked about what makes a good love poem. Easy: whatever works.

Survival Skills played a shooting video game in the Danger Shop. Tell me it was Duck Hunt. Please, for the love of god, tell me it was Duck Hunt.

*chittering*

Well, it would have been cool if it was Duck Hunt. 21st Century 101 introduced the class to cell phones. Complete with contracts and the pros and cons of having a phone. Con: your family will always find ways to get a hold of you. Always. Pro: portable picture-taking.

Kennedy got to deal with a demon on the way to her office. I so would have figured that would have happened on a Monday. It just seems like a Monday sort of thing. She also stopped by Anakin's office to tell him she maybe gets the different timelines thing now. I'm glad you do. I still just smile and nod.

DORMS

Topher was bored and plotting out ideas for game night, which I assume made him less bored. He could have gone to the fourth floor common room, where Atton was watching a... snorkeling action flick? I don't know if I want to see that or if I want to pray for humanity.

That's a lie, I totally want to see it.

Darcy was in her room watching the news from home while talking on the phone. That always makes for a good combination here. Terry might have passed the news while channel surfing in the third floor common room like a hamster on speed, but he stopped when Sia wondered why he didn't just turn it off and got him talking about teachers instead. Nothing but good things, I bet.

TOWN

Millie was cleaning up the clinic, so you know it should be nice and sterile if you need to head over there. Hayley opened up Cafe Luke's, and Mary was at the Arms having fun with wardrobe malfunctions. Hope you enjoyed the squirrel pervs watching and writing down what happened!

Emma was taking online courses while working at the sex shop, which is one of those sentences that I just love so much that I can say, and she got a call from a certain Jack. Frank reported for his first day of work at Turtle and Canary, Sam LaCroix was hard at work at Guilty as charged, and Victor was at Stark Industries working on a laptop. Bet it doesn't dispense Skittles, though.

Sorry, went a little old school there.
