Cara: Don't you have better things to do right now? Like getting ready to leave?

Kahlan: We have plenty of time for that later, Cara.

Cara: I don't know why you came with me. It's not like you'll be able to read-

*chittering*

Cara: ...yes, that was very helpful of you. Really.

Richard: So, what do we do?

Cara: Take these, read into that.

School

Richard: Raven was feeling miserable and sick in the Library. That doesn't sound particularly pleasant. Karla ran into the library wondering what was going on. Raven explained it had to do with her evil brothers. I hope no one got hurt.

Cara: Did you miss the evil part?

Richard: No, I got that.

Dorms

Kahlan: Wesley made breakfast for everyone in the Fifth Floor Common Room. That was considerate of him.

Cara: You're assuming he knows how to cook.

Richard: Because you're the best judge of that.

Kahlan: As I was saying, Kate was pacing in her room, at least until Bruce came by to tease her about not being able to fight the other evening. Isn't he your friend who punched the bear?

Cara: Yes. Ben told Ender about brooding on the beach and his reasons for brooding, which led to cuddling. Sam checked on Natalie after she abandoned his friends at the brunch.

Richard: Miley was trying to pack and answer questions at the same time, not very successfully. Dave came by and they...broke up because they'd be too far apart? Although Miley seemed to handle it better than packing. Juliet also wanted to see her off, and they hugged and promised to go shopping. Why would you need a promise for that?

Kahlan: Don't look at me.

Cara: I told you they were weird here.

Town

Cara: Over at the Gig, Blysse and Blind Seer restaged the fighting for the benefit of the horses. Her friends Sapphire and Citrine came by for hellos, as did Francine

Richard: Then there was that brunch we skipped for Cara's sake.

Cara: We'd have gone if you said you wanted us to.

Kahlan: Blysse and her friends talked about not having graduation ceremonies back home, Loki pointed out it also meant they had no drop bears. Kate and Bod flirted and kissed. Aww. Loki and Cordelia got into a fight about food hoarding and rudeness. Kennedy was milling about when Kate Daniels asked her if she's sad about missing the bears. I take it that doesn't happen often.

Cara: Not really. Tara also caught up with her and they talked about Tara's brother being there. That Kennedy offered to beat him up tells you everything you need to know. Leia and Jaina were jealous over not having as interesting a graduation, and Ender talked with Ben's father about their talk the previous night. Topher tried to finish his conversation with Natalie, pity he was talking with Kate Gregson then. Natalie was having an awkward conversation with Sam LaCroix and his friends.

Richard: Kate Daniels teased Sam about having chips in his hair, was he chopping wood, while Kate Gregson talked with Luke Castellan about a lack of free food opportunities. How many Kates are there?

Cara: One of them doesn't live here any more. Topher tried talking with Ender's guests, but that version of Peter wasn't pleased to see him. Ender and Tara talked about it being weird to see their brothers here.

Richard: Cara and her friends were naked at the Ons-...they were watching us?

Cara: They watch everyone, and we were washing Kahlan's hair and talking, it's not like we were doing anything scandalous.

Kahlan: Ronan made coffee, which Emma was grateful for when she arrived, while George and Jono got drunk on cheap alcohol at Selkie Peak.

Richard: Susan was distracted by popping noises at the Devil's Nest. Wesley came by to talk about ways to be rude. That's very...odd.

Cara: Not for around here. Meanwhile, Ender's friend Suriyawong and Jaina were drinking. And we're done here.
